Negative experience: The same agent who offered me the apartment I lived in falsely accused me of having a tourist apartment there, managed to make the owner not want to speak to me, and I was kicked out after a very tough mobbing process that lasted for months and led me to be hospitalized. All to earn the commission again by renting it to someone else. They never returned my deposit nor used it to repair anything, which was confirmed to me by the person who rented it out afterward (whom I already knew) for much more money. I would never trust this real estate agency again; the agents work basically for commission like in all of them, but I had never seen such a level of inhumanity, of lack of morals. The green tie has become a huge red flag.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever seen in my life, they never provide solutions to the difficulties of the tenants, excusing themselves by saying they do not manage the apartments. So what is their role if they are paid for the rental contract processing and management? I do not recommend them even if they pay me. THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Negative experience: Mrs. Dolors Besora is not in your database because the person who commissioned the sale of the apartment on c/ Ventura Plaja to your real estate agency was her partner, an 81-year-old person, with a single condition, that they not be pressured. The real estate advisor in charge of managing this sale, apart from not respecting this only condition, did not fulfill what was agreed upon. Among other things, regarding the delivery timelines for the apartment and with the consequence and distress of arriving the day before having to vacate the apartment, finding oneself inside with the new owners and having belongings still to be removed. In this situation, he had to request the presence of three police crews because they did not want to open the door for him. Even so, he could not enter, and it was the police who accessed the apartment to retrieve the few things he needed. As a consequence of the distress caused by this advisor, my 81-year-old relative has experienced a physical and emotional decline, which I hope does not worsen. With what I have written, you will know perfectly well about the apartment I am talking about and who the previous owner was, as it is in your database. I hope this person is not disturbed by you, as she is feeling quite unwell due to your advisor. And now, if you dare, tell me that she is not in the database.
Good afternoon Ricard, we understand your position but we want to remind you that at all times it was explained to your relative that the decision to stay in the apartment after the notary signing was not possible, and for this reason, the company has wanted to help him at all times. In fact, we offered to pay for the hotel night which was not accepted. The date of the public deed before the notary was changed at the request of your relative, when the buyer had already arranged the appointments for the notary, mortgage signing, and could not modify it again; however, we made the effort and changed it. From the intermediary agency, everything possible was done to prevent this from happening. From the moment the deposit was signed, the advisor offered to remove the belongings from the property to avoid being tight on the notary signing date. We regret the distress your relative has experienced due to situations that could have been avoided from the beginning. We have done everything possible to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the completed transaction. I hope you can understand the misunderstanding, and we apologize nonetheless for the fact that one of our clients has gone through this undesirable situation. Regards!
