Fantastic experience: Selling a property while living outside of Spain at an acceptable price and without going crazy supervising everything seemed like an almost impossible task. However, thanks to Luis Somoza and his team, it was possible. From the very beginning, they conveyed a sense of rigor and professionalism that alleviated all my concerns. They not only guided me in each case, but they did so in an extremely kind manner, patiently addressing issues arising from time zone changes or my constant travels. They not only achieved an optimal valuation of the house, but also took care of everything I couldn't do from the U.S.: they managed the plans, the budgets, and even created renders to visualize renovations before they happened. Es de las mejores decisiones que he tomado nunca, se encargaron de todo, buscando las mejores opciones para obtener una hipoteca que ha resultado ser muy competitiva. Aunque ellos se encargan de toda la búsqueda nunca tuve la sensación de no saber que estaba pasando, se han encargado de explicarnos punto por punto cada paso que se ha dado y por supuesto todo lo referente a la hipoteca. En todo momento que los hemos necesitado nos han atendido sin perder ni un minuto. Muy recomendable si estás buscando una buena hipoteca y un trato de gestión excelente.
