Negative experience: I would like to report the lack of professionalism from Laura, whom I have been in contact with via WhatsApp. I contacted Tecnocasa because I was interested in viewing an apartment they had for sale. From the very beginning, I had problems with them; they always kept delaying the visits and offered me very little availability during the week, barely one or two time slots, claiming that this is how this apartment worked. Since those times never suited me, we would arrange to talk the following week where they (in this case, Laura) would write to me informing me of the availability for the visits. She never reached out to me, and I always had to write to her. Finally, this week I contacted them again, and I was surprised when Laura told me that they no longer sell the apartment and that they found out just the day before (curious that the ad is still active). Seeing the history of poor service, I assume that no one from Tecnocasa would have contacted me to inform me about this. I told Laura that I would have appreciated being informed, and her response was close to mockery, rather than an apology for her terrible management. Of course, they have lost me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: Servicio excelente. Hace un mes compramos un piso con su intermediación, con objetivo de alquilarlo. En todo momento se mostraron proactivos con el proceso, facilitando todas las gestiones desde la primera visita al piso, varias sesiones para revisar financiación (el compañero de kirón gestionó varias alternativas con distintos bancos -Banco Sabadell- muy competitivas), y otros puntos... Llevaron perfectamente la intermediación con el propietario y con el notario y toda la operación fue super fluida. Por último indicar que solo 3 semanas después de la compra, el piso estaba alquilado. Inmejorable.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión. Nos solicitaron una reserva de un piso de venta y finalmente nos denegaron la solicitud. Pero nos dijeron que una vez hacer la reserva dejaran hacer visitas a piso. Poca formalidad. La gestión pésima.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL ! They trully are not professional ! They waste other people time and has hard time return money back ! Hang the phone call in midle of the conversation or not respond it at all! Mañana ( tomorrow ) is the classic answer for all you ask . Even if u signed contract ,don'tbe so happy they will waste week of your time ..in the end hardly giving your money back ! Horrible Experience !

Negative experience: FUGIU de Tecnocasa en qualsevol circumstància. No són de fiar, es queden diners quan reconeixen que els han de tornar i intenten vendre pisos que no poden vendre. COMPTE!

Fantastic experience: Muy buen trato de los comerciales. Les ánimo a que pregunten por Lucas,Pau y Carles. No suelo dar 5 estrellas pero ellos se las merecen. Tanto yo y mi pareja tenemos el piso que tanto queríamos y eso es gracias a ellos que han hecho todo lo posible que fuera asin. Gracias chicos!!

Negative experience: No son de fiar, ir con cuidado. Te hacen creer que el piso es tuyo cuando lo siguen enseñando , no respetaron la reseva cuando fuimos los primeros en ver el piso. Nunca más perderé mi tiempo con un piso de esta oficina, ni de ningún tecnocasa. Recomendación: ir con dinero en mano y directamente a arras o os haran perder el piso.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión. Nos solicitaron una reserva de un piso de alquiler muy elevada y finalmente nos denegaron la solicitud y más de una semana después todavía no nos lo han abonado. Poca formalidad. Los comerciales muy amables pero la gestión pésima.
