Negative experience: They sold me the house a few years ago. But since they do NOT pay social security, all they do is send me letters saying that if I owe them anything, I should not pay Tecnocasa Lista but rather the Social Security.

Fantastic experience: My apartment in Guindalera, completely refurbished and located on an avenue, was having trouble selling through OTHER agencies. Rubén, the manager of Tecnocasa, contacted me and we agreed that if other agencies couldn't sell my apartment for its fair price in a while, Rubén from Tecnocasa would take over its sale. In the end, the Tecnocasa team took care of the sale, and MAGIC!!! it sold in three weeks, which OTHER agencies had NOT been able to do in more than 5 months. They kept me informed at all times about how the viewings were going, the reactions of the people who visited it, and the number of people who came each day. Moreover, they mediated with the buyer to ensure that the price I had set for the sale was not touched. Once the reservation of my apartment was signed by the buyer, the worst nightmare happened... The neighbor above FLOODED my apartment due to a malfunction in their bathtub (one bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen). The Tecnocasa team calmed the buyer (as he panicked) and helped me at all times to ensure my insurance covered the repair, facilitating the entry of workers into my home when I couldn't attend to them. In the end, the corresponding leak was repaired and the buyer was TOTALLY happy. I would like to add that this apartment came from an inheritance (involving more people in the sale of the apartment), so they managed the situation perfectly during the sale process, as well as during the signing of the sale in front of the notary. In summary, in the market there are many agencies, but you know that with Rubén and his team from Tecnocasa located at Calle Montesa 33, you will have a perfect sale and they will know how to solve any inconvenience that may arise, saving you many headaches and dealing with buyer visits from OTHER agencies that try to buy your apartment for half its real price.
