Negative experience: They are very clear, yes, but they continue to charge agency fees disguised as administrative management costs of successive terms, which should be prohibited as a result of the latest modification of the LAU. They force you to take out a payment guarantee (70€ per month) for the rental of the apartment, as if two months of full deposit were not enough guarantee. Additionally, this cost should be borne by the landlord and not the tenant. Furthermore, they compel you to sign a home insurance policy, another expense that should fall to the landlord but which they also make you assume as a tenant if you want to be simply considered as an option for the property. The tenant also has to bear the payment of the municipal waste management fee. After insisting on all these irregularities, we tried to reduce the economic demands a bit due to all these extras, and the savings they managed for us was about 10€ for each of the tenants (there are 3 of us), which is pathetic. We rented the apartment because it is what it is, and as my mother used to say, 'garlic and water,' but you would be in the top 3 of the most fraudulent real estate agencies in the country.

You hire certain services when renting the property, which come at a cost; you are informed about these and you sign for them. They are not refunded logically, as you know, just like any service you hire in any sector.

I reserved the house online paying €215 as a deposit on November 1st, and on November 2nd, I wrote to the salesman Guillermo, I had his contact because the owner of the house gave it to me, he doesn't bother to reply. Negative experience: They treated me like a tenant and they are scammers. Apart from the two months of deposit and the month's rent, they ask for agency fees to enter, which the law prohibits. They claim that they are not a real estate agency but they really are, even if they have another legal form; as we know, legal engineering to bypass the law. In addition to the rent, they force you to pay 5% of the rent monthly in case you stop paying. Basically, they make you pay a default insurance from which they benefit. A default insurance that protects the owner should be contracted by the one who will benefit from it. They are truly vultures. This people who benefit from the need for housing should be dealt with. Housing is a right.

Negative experience: They advertise an apartment with a value and when you go for the visit, they add 5% of the monthly rent plus insurance to the payment. But the real business is that if you like the apartment, they ask you for €200 to reserve it, but in order for you to be covered, they suggest that you pay €15 so that they can refund your money. During the day, they tend to do this with many interested people, multiplying the 15 euros that they never return. Furthermore, at the moment I made the reservation, 20 minutes later the apartment was no longer available and then they wrote to me on WhatsApp that the apartment had been rented. They are a bunch of shameless people. Also, they charge you 1 month + VAT for administrative management (which is currently illegal).

Since I saw the apartment, the agent who showed it to me helped me pay the deposit, and once the paperwork was submitted, the very next day they had already conducted the study. When I moved in, I had an issue with the fridge, and since I reported it, they took very little time to replace it, and here I am, happy with my new fridge. So far, I like this agency.

The owner hasn't returned my deposit nor has he paid the gas and electricity bills that I had to pay 2 months after moving out. This agency, AlquilerPlus, does not help tenants recover the deposit nor do they return it, and they don't answer the phone. Out of 900 euros, between deposit and security, I have only received 180 euros back, even though I left the apartment as I found it at the beginning, besides having paid over 80 euros for gas and electricity that I had to pay even though I am no longer living there. Be careful if you want to recover your deposit; it won't be easy. Now I will have to see how to file a complaint.

My wife was on her phone all day, but no one called her. She also did not receive any explanation or excuse for the lack of formality, which logically affected us negatively. After the complaint, the director of the real estate agency contacted me immediately, the same Sunday afternoon, upset about the complaint and the one-star rating (there was no option to give zero), defending the employee without first verifying our version against hers.
Dear Vicente, I believe you are confusing companies, as nothing you mention relates to the Alquiler Plus process. To start, no employee on the phone conducts visits, much less questions the number of people for a housing unit. In Griñon, we only have one housing unit, so that doesn't fit either. Just because a housing unit is reserved and then is no longer reserved could be due to the operation being denied. Negative experience: A few weeks ago my boyfriend sent all the documentation for the reservation of a chalet in Griñón. A few days later, a girl called us and said that they could not grant it and that they would refund the money in 5 days. After a week and a half, we called to see what was happening with our money and they told us that the house was indeed granted... It's tremendous how they play with people and their money.
