Negative experience: A SHAMEFUL SERVICE, A SCAM!!! Julia rented me an apartment with a lot of problems, hidden defects, and unsanitary conditions that couldn’t be 'seen' due to unbearable odors. She knew it was unsanitary. The workers confirmed to me that the agency was aware of all the damages before renting it to me. I had to live with unsanitary conditions and unbearable putrid smells in the bathroom that was inside my room for months without being able to exit the contract. Furthermore, the square meters listed were significantly less than the actual size of the apartment. I swear the owner was going to fix it, even the broken window in the living room that cost me a fortune in electricity, and I suffered a lot of cold all winter. The owner never fixed anything. I had to leave as I couldn't stand it anymore. When I tried to return the keys a few days ago, Julia insulted me and aggressively kicked me out of the agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
