Negative experience: They ask the tenant for 1 month of rent just for looks, when it's been illegal for months and the service is not being provided to you but to the landlord. EDIT: They say it's payment for a service (that you haven't requested). How can the same service cost differently depending on the property, and coincidentally always be the amount of one month's rent? What a nerve.

Fantastic experience: Tras leer muchas experiencias negativas, me gustaría ser justa y aportar la mía. Hace unos días fuimos a visitar un piso a Pozuelo (Madrid), que nos encantó. Hice el pago de la reserva al momento, y el asesor nos informó de que creía que éramos los primeros, que nos diésemos prisa en subir toda la documentación. Y así hicimos. Pero desgraciadamente alguien se nos ha adelantado, y el asesor nos ha dicho que somos los segundos. Han pasado 3 días y la reserva sigue en estudio, por lo que nos han contado que es buena señal y que seguramente el alquiler será nuestro, y así lo esperamos. En todo momento se nos ha informado de las condiciones, y nos han atendido muy bien. Espero poder decir en un par de días que ya podemos hacer el contrato!! Por tanto, de momento, todo muy bien. Cuando avance mi estado, seguiré poniendo mis opiniones de las otras fases del proceso :)
