Negative experience: My experience with Redpiso has been disappointing. The agent I dealt with displayed arrogant and haughty behavior from the beginning, which created a sense of discomfort throughout the process. Despite her attitude, the agency charges a commission to the buyer that, in my opinion, is completely unjustified. There is no added value observed for the buyer; it seems they are only looking to take advantage of the current market situation to obtain additional profits. Redpiso seems more focused on making a profit from the seller's property, without really providing any extra value to either the buyer or the transaction in general. The lack of transparency and focus solely on their interests left me with a very poor impression of their services. I would not recommend it.

The entire team, including Juan, Carla, and everyone else, has been very professional and attentive throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our apartment. However, we especially want to highlight Sara, with whom we worked more closely. It has been a real pleasure dealing with her. Negative experience: I've been thinking for some time about how to write this review and how to express the terrible treatment I received throughout the process of purchasing our apartment in Madrid. When one pays a service that exceeds 3% of the property's value, you expect at least decent treatment, but in our case, it was the complete opposite. At no point did they side with the buyer; it was always about favoring the seller, starting with the initial offer, with an amount they recommended, which we had to increase at the end, even having to pay a reservation for them to accept the offer. During the down payment process, they were as unprofessional as possible, always siding with the seller again, forcing us to hire lawyers due to the distrust this real estate agency generated in us. Once we had signed the down payment, they didn't give us the option, in the week of purchase, to see the apartment one last time because they were supposedly very busy, again leaving the buyer aside. And finally, on the day that should be the happiest of your life, at the notary's office, to receive our apartment, the treatment was the most disrespectful it could be, hiding certain information, always wanting to favor the seller again with the final details at that same moment, and worst of all, being treated like anything and even fearing that the operation wouldn't go through because of them. As a buyer, I do not recommend this company for your management; you pay 3% and the service is the worst.

En especial una chiquita que creo que se llamaba Ana, muy seria y responsable! Además una gran equipo de comerciales muy bien dirigidos por el responsable.

Negative experience: Un desastre. Nos tomaron el pelo ofreciéndonos en venta una plaza de garaje que desde el principio el propietario decía que no estaba a la venta. Nos la ofrecieron a un precio muy por debajo del precio real de venta asegurándonos que era factible la compra. Después de una semana sin dar señales de vida, les escribimos y al día siguiente contestaron que el propietario no la vendía. Aún así, y aunque seguía sin estar a la venta realmente, comprobamos que tenían el cartel de la plaza de garaje en venta expuesto en el escaparate por duplicado, uno con el precio reservado por nosotros y otro con otro precio más elevado. No los recomiendo. Te toman el pelo y te hacen perder el tiempo con argumentos pobres que no se los cree nadie. Cuidadito con ellos.
