Positive experience: No soy capaz de hacer una compra completa aquí, los productos son raros y no suelo encontrar lo que busco, aunque hay una amplia oferta de productos poco saludables. Las plataformas de descarga de las cajas son ridículamente pequeñas si haces una compra medianamente grande.

Fantastic experience: After many years always living in homes from CP Grupo, I can only express my complete satisfaction with the company. From the beginning, they do everything to facilitate the purchase and entry into the home, from payment options, consultations with architects, visits, and even presentation events where you can review small details before moving in. Being a long-time client, I can say that this is a family-run company characterized by the warmth and closeness offered by the employees to all their clients, especially designed for those who want to create a home and a family in their properties. It’s important to highlight that the apartments are perfectly designed to have a comfortable and beautiful home, showing an immense difference compared to other homes in the area. Additionally, all the houses feature enviable common areas, such as gardens and green spaces, swimming pools, paddle courts, picnic areas, and community rooms... which is increasingly hard to find in a home with a price that isn’t excessively high. Furthermore, they have a 24-hour concierge service that provides me with immense peace of mind. Lastly, I would like to mention that in my case, the entire post-sales service has been quick and effective; they have always been willing to help and offer solutions to all the problems and needs I have had. In general, my experience with CP Grupo has always been outstanding, and thus I continue to recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances when making such an important investment as buying a home.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the entire purchasing process with them. They have been attentive to my needs at all times, explaining everything I needed and providing me with the security needed to buy a house. When we received the home, we had some normal issues with the startup, but they have a great after-sales service, and technicians came to make all the necessary repairs. The quality is incredible, especially the insulation, which surprised me a lot, especially when compared to other similar homes. Highly recommended, I believe that CP grupo is a safe bet.

Negative experience: I write this review desperate about the problems we are having with the house we bought from CP in Tres Cantos. There have been issues since the very day they handed over the property, and they still haven't provided us with a solution. We are talking about newly built homes delivered in June. They say they are aware of the problems we are facing in our development, but they don’t have enough staff to resolve all the incidents they have open. We have flooding every time it rains, both in some homes and in the garage and storage rooms, problems in the common areas that we hope do not result in any personal tragedy because they are quite severe. We cannot use the common rooms (except for one, and there are four) which have not even been handed over to the homeowners association yet, and the landscaped areas are still under construction more than four months after the property was delivered. On Friday, we found part of the pool raised. Everything is chaotic in the homes, with tremendous finishing problems including failures in the heating/cooling consumption due to underfloor heating (bills over €300/month), problems with shutters flying off, leaks from the planters, issues with the enclosures, poorly installed floors, walls with many defects, windows that unhinge, wardrobes that barely close as they hit the clothes due to being too narrow, blocked drains filled with rubble, downspouts not insulated causing noise, and we could go on all day. Horrible, really.

Negative experience: SHAMEFUL, and I'm being mild. CHECK CAREFULLY WHAT YOU BUY FROM CP. We bought a house in the last promotion they delivered in Tres Cantos and it has been nothing but problems. Months before the completion of the work, PART OF THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE DEVELOPMENT COLLAPSED, which already made us fear the worst. Imagine being told that due to human error, part of the development has fallen down... Speechless. But once the promotion was delivered, it has been a NIGHTMARE. There are problems in both the common areas and the homes, and the worst part is that they are not being resolved. On the inauguration day of the promotion (June 30), 3,154 incidents were reported by the neighbors, just on that day. The reports of incidents have continued to grow, leaving us completely helpless. CP Grupo acknowledges that the promotion was not delivered in the most optimal conditions and it's all just good words, but the reality is that they are not fulfilling any of what they say. On rainy days, the storage rooms and garage get flooded (in my case, I still haven't been able to use the storage room, it's flooded three times and they give no explanation despite calling and sending several emails). Water even comes out of the electrical panels... Many neighbors have had leaks and drips in their homes, as well as broken doors, problems with paint, un-sanded walls, with bumps and with nails sticking out, downspouts that are not insulated (and you can hear EVERYTHING that the neighbor does), problems with the underfloor heating installation, terraces with blocked drains, part of the floor sunken and poorly laid, broken blinds, and a long etcetera... In short, a multitude of bad finishes and questionable quality... And in the common areas, much is half-finished, not completed. My daughter fell due to a downspout that was not finished, and I am still waiting for a response from Jaime Pinilla... this was over 2 months ago!!... Out of four common rooms, we can only use one; the bike room is currently a storage room for construction materials and we can't use it either... Some neighbors still cannot connect their electricity supply and are using construction power... If you are going to buy from CP Grupo, I would make sure of what you are buying. We bought because we heard good things about them, but I feel completely cheated and deceived!

Fantastic experience: Promotora especializada en el desarrollo de viviendas para familias; tanto en la propia vivienda (con cocinas pensadas para poder tener una mesa y comer con cierto espacio, salones amplios, cuartos con luz, ventilación cruzada y gran cantidad de armarios), así como las zonas comunes (con zonas de paseo, juegos y deporte, vegetación, piscina...)

Negative experience: Gracias CP grupo por hacer de mi casa una cueva con vuestras obras, Vivimos en un primero y ahora parece un sótano. De verdad gracias por ser tan inconsiderados...

Negative experience: ¡IRRESPETUOSOS! CP grupo ha comenzado a construir en Tempranales, cerca de mi casa y frente a casa de un buen amigo, las obras han opacado su casa, les han socavado. Las vistas han sido taponádas por el edificio de esta gente. Llegan a una zona y hacen lo que quieren, sin tomar en consideración a los vecinos que ya estábamos aquí. Amigos de la familia han intentado contactar con ellos y se rien de ellos. Han arruinado las casas de mucha gente para hacer la suya. Una vergüenza, insensibles e irrespetuosos.

Pero quien se lleva nuestro agradecimiento es Gabriela, súper profesional, y además: Atenta, amable, servicial, cariñosa con mi madre, empática con nosotros por circunstancias que no vienen al caso. Tenemos claro que volveremos, el hotel es fabuloso, pero sobre todo esperamos poder saludarla. Gran persona. Gracias Gabriela.

Negative experience: Muy descontento con los acabados de las viviendas en la promoción de Montelima. La casa se ha entregado con una suciedad que no es normal y con muchos desperfectos, que imagino que esperan que nos cansemos y entremos a vivir y así escaquearse de arreglarlos. El sistema de energía que venden es una estafa en toda regla (con la empresa Insserco), de ahorro nada y vengo de una casa de eficiencia C. Ha habido derivaciones del sistema de refrigeración por fallos de obra y hasta que han venido a arreglarlos nos han facturado nada más y nada menos que 1281 Kw (unos 200e en un mes) que me toca costear a mi por un fallo en la vivienda.

Fantastic experience: Es una empresa familiar puntera, muy sólida que promueve viviendas de alta calidad, principalmente en barrios de la zona norte de Madrid capital (Mirasierra, Arroyo del Fresno, Montecarmelo, etc.). Tiene sus oficinas en Mirasierra y cuida maravillosamente a sus clientes.

Fantastic experience: Compramos una de sus viviendas hace casi dos años, nos la entregan en unos días. Nos facilitaron todo lo que pudieron para comprar, son una gran empresa y con mayores valores humanos. Nos permitieron modificar la vivienda a nuestro gusto y necesidades, además nos aconsejaron sobre como modificar. Hace unos meses, nos informaron de un defecto de nuestra vivienda, poniéndose a solucionarlo de inmediato. Pienso que no existe constructor o promotor que actúe en todo momento de este modo. Felicidades Cp y personal de Cp no cambiéis.

Fantastic experience: Vivo en una de las viviendas que vendieron ellos. Se trata de una vivienda VPPL y pese a ser una vivienda de éste tipo puedo decir que las calidades son muy buenas. La vivienda en cuestión es muy práctica, funcional, bien aislada de ruidos y temperatura . Llevo 6 años en la vivienda, y ellos siempre están allí. No se trata de una promotora que cuando termina una vivienda se olvidan; están allí siempre que se les necesita dando la cara. Elegir una de sus viviendas es acertar seguro.
