Fantastic experience: Completely recommended; they advise you, are there when you need them 24/7... they understand you, and they are quick... they build confidence for both the tenant and the owner. Don't hesitate!

Negative experience: Ideal agency if you want to get scammed. I rented an apartment from them at Avda. Doctor Federico Rubio y Galí, 73. Quite unprofessional, especially Alicia (who possesses the best human virtues, note the irony), from the first day, as she kicked out the previous tenant on the same night despite having paid her rent. I remember that when entering the building (while the guy was coming out of the elevator, so we wouldn't cross paths as she orchestrated) she told us not to talk to anyone, that everyone was crazy. Oh! What a pity I didn't listen to that poor guy who was so right. Alicia and the owner will do everything possible to intrude into the apartment week after week to show it to people (even if others are still living there), so that as soon as the tenant leaves, the next renter can move in and she loses the least amount of money. Moreover, with a month and a half left until the contract ends, she was constantly pushing us to sign the termination and leave the apartment free as soon as possible so she wouldn't lose a euro. She is the first to demand her commission (with VAT, of course), but then the monthly payments are in cash with no banking trace... I have a feeling the AET will come to visit them soon. She demands your ID when you visit the apartment and you must notify her of every person coming to see you. They even got mad for letting my sister sleep at my house for just one night. Constant calls to tell you her life: you won't forgive her for 4 minutes of her audio daily. Believe me. Curiously, she acts the opposite when it comes to returning the deposit, as she will have no intention of returning it and will play crazy when you talk to her about it, to the point of blocking you (both her and the landlord) in order to not give explanations or return what she is supposed to refund. The return period has passed (more than a month, frustrating) and I haven't received anything nor do I think they have any intention to. In short, a disaster of an agent. Moreover, despite speaking poorly of her tenants, she forgets everything she has to do. She called me almost crying after the KEY HANDOVER because she forgot to collect the keys and was going to get scolded, as well as forgetting to collect the contracts (for a task she had...). Whoever hires her and the paranoid one who claims that planes are spraying us (the landlord) should be ready to endure insults, bad words, and constant challenges. What is the North Korean regime compared to the Federation Rubio Cartel... The Stasi of Tetuán. I wouldn't wish this experience even on my worst enemy.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it. Alicia is incompetent and absolutely terrible at her job. She resolves nothing and lacks any kind of education. Apart from that, the apartment on Doctor Federico Rubio y Gali street is a dump, has infernal heat, and too many demands.
