Fantastic experience: I rented an apartment from Vivebarcelona for around 4months, My experience with this company was perfect!! From the first day I arrived to airport till the last day of my stay that I left the apartment for the airport Julien and Alejandro where always there for helping me. I was really comfortable with the apartment, the location was perfect not far from the city centre and I almost had everything around me. The apartment was fully furnished and they provide everything I needed there. Thus, Vivebarcelona was the best choice I made for my stay in Barcelona and I will definitely contact them again if I wanna go back to this beautiful city.

Fantastic experience: Over the past seven years or so I rented two different apartments. Both very well situated (Rocafort, Arc de Trionf), with all amenities including wifi. Great "no-fuss" customer service - efficient and effective. The price is right! I trust I'll keep on renting in the next six years or so as well ;-) Kudos to Alejandro, Julien and all the team! Fantastic experience: First of all it was great how Julien treated us during our stay. I rented the apartment with two classmates. When we arrived the apartment was exactly as described online! The apartment is located nearby a supermarket, hair salon and other great shops. It is also located nearby Passeig de Gracia and has a metro station 2 min from the apartment! The apartment has a great view also! If we had any problems in the apartment Julien would always kindly help us out. Also Alejandro was very helpful if we needed anything. I would highly recommend ViveBarcelona! Great people and excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible time while staying in Barcelona for 3 months thanks to Julien and Alejandro's incredible job hosting. They were very good at keeping in touch and making sure I felt comfortable in a foreign city. They gave plenty of recommendations and never hesitated to answer my questions. Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of staying in Barcelona for 4 months and Julien made that experience more than enjoyable. He not only arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport when we arrived, but also showed us around the neighborhood to ensure we were aware of the local businesses. The flat was clean, comfortable and the location in Exiample was ideal.

Fantastic experience: I arrived to Barcelona on September and I rented a flat with Vivebarcelona for 10 months. The flat was excellent, it was near to Placa Catalunya and there was a metro station one block away. It had everything that I required and if any went wrong with the flat that needed to be fixed, Julien/Alejandro quickly tried to fix the problem. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and her friend stayed in an air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, as well as a large balcony, managed by Vivebarcelona during their 2 and a half month internship. The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona in the Eixample neighborhood, very quiet and secure, La Rambla is a 10-minute walk away. Buses, metro, shops, and restaurants are all nearby. Stéphanie, who welcomed us, is very kind and very attentive. The site is reliable, no surprises. They are available if needed. I highly recommend Vivebarcelona. Thank you all. Fantastic experience: VIVEBARCELONA és clarament una bona agència d'apartaments de Barcelona. Bon servei, bona qualitat, decorats amb gust i no cal un alt pressupost pel lloguer. Fantastic experience: In a market full of low quality apartments, scammers and careless agencies, VIVEBARCELONA seems to be the only one providing good quality places, decorated with taste and not just budget, and good service. We stayed in Gràcia20 for 2 months and whenever we needed anything they took care of it immediately. The property is amazing, excellent location and equipped with anything necessary for a short&mid term stay. They are responsive, speak good English and all the booking process is digitalized so there’s nothing dodgy. I can definitely recommend them. And I will definitely stay with them again!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a great apartment near the Arc del Triomf. Good furniture, cleanliness and equipped with anything you could need. Wifi and TV were particularly good. The host was always available for anything that could come up. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. In my work and general wandering, I have rented furnished apartments all over the world. Vive Barcelona is an outstanding group. One tip: I do many things very well-cleaning is not one of them. Ask them to set you up with a maid. My maid is spectacular and really inexpensive. Fantastic experience: ViveBarcelona works seriously and fair. The accommodation was exactly as described. Little issues raised during the stay were constantly quickly and very kindly solved. ViveBarcelona stays at your side during the time you're hosted, and that's the most important thing when it comes to spend a medium-long period of time in a place. I can recommend.

Fantastic experience: Vivebarcelona has been fantastic, I've been staying with them for over 18months now! The apartments have been very comfortable and locations AMAZING. The service offered has been fantastic too, I've been dealing with Julien since the beginning and have always been taken care of, certain maintenance issues have been rectified very quickly. I would strongly recommend ViveBarcelona's apartments, I personally don't think you can find better value for money in Barcelona, especially for expats and non fluent Spanish speaking people, they make life very simple for you.

Negative experience: I would not recommend a friend or a relative to book an apartment through Vivebarcelona. I don’t know if I got unlucky or if it’s just the way customers are generally treated by this agency. Just to be clear : generally speaking I’m a very easy-going customer. But my experience dealing with them has not been smooth. The apartment Eixample 21 that we booked for the whole month of August 2020 was supposed to have AC. After telling Julien several times that the AC was not working, an HAVC technician came over. But the technician never managed to make it work as the AC system in this apartment is just a very light cross ventilation. Julien kept saying the AC was working fine and didn’t even bother coming himself to the apartment to check if it was the case. We would have liked to know in advance that this apartment was not air-conditioned as we would have chosen a different apartment. No solution was offered by Julien (bring us fans, changing apartment, etc.) to make our days in nights bearable in the apartment. Overall Julien is friendly but is not professional as he didn’t manage to provide any solution to make our stay in Barcelona the best experience possible.

Fantastic experience: I have rented an apartment in Gracia with ViveBarcelona twice. My apartment was in excellent condition, very comfortable, well-equipped. The location was great: beautiful neighborhood, close to shopping, metro station, restaurants - including churros ;) Julien and Alejandro are the best! Any questions or concerns and they respond within minutes. I'm already planning my next trip to Barcelona and will be renting from ViveBarcelona again.

Fantastic experience: What would I say that haven't been said before. My son and I stayed for one month in Gracia. The apartment was very comfy with all the amenities and Julien and his team did an outstanding job from the booking to delivering the keys to us. Never had an issue during these 30 days. Fantastic experience: Somos una pareja y estuvimos en un piso por 5 meses, Vive Barcelona nos abrió las puertas para poder entrar a vivir desde nuestra llegada a la ciudad, siempre fueron muy oportunos y amables en dar respuesta a nuestras inquietudes antes y durante el alquiler. El proceso de alquiler es muy sencillo y seguro desde el extranjero y las condiciones son en todo momento muy claras. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir, es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. También fueron muy diligentes en la asistencia y solución a los pequeños arreglos domésticos que surgieron durante nuestra estancia. En general todo el personal es muy amable y en especial Julien quien fue nuestro agente. Recomendamos a Vive Barcelona ciento por ciento !!!.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at a fantastic place in the middle of Gracia. 5 minutes from the metro station and very near several buses, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was very modern, well-equipped and spotless. Julien and Alejandro were always easy to reach and very helpful. Only thing I wish they offered would be transportation to and from the airport, especially for late arrivals/ early departures. I will definitely use their services again when I return to the city!

Fantastic experience: Best experience i have ever had renting a vacation stay. Unit was equipped with all services very comfy and located in excellent area. It truly felt like home. Agency was the nicest and in tune with needs. Julien is most pleasant and helpful I will definitely use the service in the future. Metro just couple of blocks away as well as all shopping areas.

Fantastic experience: We rented Eixample 21 on Napols. The location was convenient. Near bus/subway station of Arc de Triomf, Parc de la Ciutadella, and a nice 25 minute walk to the port area and Barceloneta. Bedrooms are comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and refrigerator was big, stove was great, combo microwave/oven worked well. Apartment had nice cross ventilation when patio door was open. Lots of light. Good Smart TV. Netflix is a big plus. Fast WiFi. Special thanks to Julien, he was very attentive during our stay.

Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment in Barceloneta for a month. Everything was as described on the website. The apartment was nice, clean and well furnished (except for the sofa, it has to be changeed ‘cause too old). Good price, considering how expensive is Barcelona in August. The agency staff is very kind and always ready to solve any problem. Definitely gonna rent again an apartment wirh vivebarcelona.

The apartment we rent was very close to Sant Pau and the location was great for us as a family with child. There are many groceries, parks, bus and metro stations. I definetely recommend!

Somos una familia de 5 personas y nos pudimos acomodar muy bien. El apartamento nos encantó, muy bonito y bien equipado. Sólo cambiaría sábanas y toallas que estaban bastante gastadas, nos hizo falta una alfombra de baño. Recomiendo 100% quedarse en estos apartamentos. Volveremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Barcelona.
