Fantastic experience: Everything was amazing from the beginning to the end! We rented an apartment for 5 nights with a bedroom, restroom and kitchen very close to the beach. This was a place for us to relax after long and exploratory days of the island. We would love to go back!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and quick service. Key delivery ahead of time, office space to leave luggage due to early arrival, Apartment Iberia 1 has everything needed, exquisite cleaning, and everything at a good price. The only 'but' or area for improvement is the bed; it wouldn't hurt to renew the mattresses. In summary, if I return to Formentera, I will always go to Sa Punta.

Positive experience: We called to let them know we were coming by bike. We arrived at the real estate agency to pick up the keys to the apartment, and it turns out the keys were in the apartment itself, just three minutes from the port by bike. A pointless and unnecessary trip, just to charge us the eco tax.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting a house from them for 15 years. It is the best real estate agency in Formentera. I have never had a problem, a serious and reliable company, and Encarna and Valentina who run it are the best! I recommend it. Rating 10

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Encarna and Valentina are always available. An issue that arose just a few minutes before departure was resolved by Valentina with, not to mention, a smile. Recommended.

Positive experience: The treatment with Encarna was correct. We rented the Erika II house for a few days, which is managed by this real estate agency, and it was a bit disappointing.. we knew it was supposed to be a simple house based on the photos and the price. They ask you to leave everything clean, obviously, but they hadn't left any dish soap, scrubbing pads, a replacement for trash bags, or an extra toilet paper roll.. we have rented vacation homes many times and you always find basic things, like cleaning supplies and other items such as oil, salt, etc.. that the person renting and buying them usually leaves for the next guests, just like we did.. leave it all.

Positive experience: serious and reliable company, the owners of the agency are very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend it!!!! top!!!!

Negative experience: Agency not recommended: low empathy, a lot of rudeness, and questionable proposals. There are better options!

Negative experience: Highly discouraged, rude and disrespectful staff, and not very understanding. Our 'home' in Es Pujols had curtains with 10 cm of mold at the end. The white towels but tending to brown showed the Sacred Shroud of the previous tenants (girls who apparently used a lot of mascara), when we requested a change of towels, the agency, very irritated, sent us an even worse set, their Italian 'helper' replied that 'we weren't at the grand hotel.'

Negative experience: Gracias a Encarna por su amabilidad, no puedo decir lo mismo de su compañera soberbia.... (que no se su nombre) sobre el apartamento... la nevera olía fatal, con lo cual no hemos podido meter ningun alimento!! Por otro lado,nadie nos aviso que no podiamos pagar con tarjeta, ni bizum.... Solo aceptaban efectivo,"nadie nos aviso de ello"!! tuvimos que ir al banco a sacar el dinero para pagar el apartamento. No lo recomiendo nada!! No es lo que digas.... Sino como lo digas!!!

Negative experience: No recomiendo. Encarna que es la encargada totalmente irrespetuosa y poco profesional. Mal trato con los clientes. Un mes a la espera de sus respuestas para que luego me deje en la nada misma. Sin responder llamadas y mensajes. Tuve que hablarle cada vez rogándole respuestas. Pésimo servicio

Fantastic experience: Llevamos varios años viniendos a los apartamentos Las Dunas y bien. Limpieza correcta, las nuevas duchas exteriores se agradecen y también el Aire Acondicionado. Solo por pedir, un par de enchufes en el parking para que podamos cargar los coches eléctricos.
