They ask for a thousand conditions to access the apartments, which are mostly in a dreadful condition for the prices they ask, and then they keep the deposit for defects that were already existing and reported BEFORE you entered the apartment.

Negative experience: Tienen un piso publicado hace semanas en Idealista, no han podido alquilarlo. Sin embargo no se dignan a contestar cuando escribes preguntando por él. Deben ser de esas agencias que discriminan a quién sí y a quién no.
