Fantastic experience: A management and service that are simply wonderful. Michelle and Alejandra are two professionals like few I have met: hyper-competent, efficient, quick, honest, transparent, and incredibly kind. We had an urgent need to rent an apartment to finance a relative's nursing home. Michelle and Alejandra informed us perfectly about all the options, took our problem as if it were their own, and within a month everything was already well on track. They helped us with enormous humanity and empathy to empty, depersonalize, and prepare the apartment for rent. Once the apartment was rented, and since it is a few years old, it was logical that some wear and tear and breakdowns started to arise, but they handled everything perfectly. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with this particular Tecnocasa office and would definitely recommend Michelle and her colleagues to facilitate the rental process in Barcelona (which is of course notoriously messy and stress-inducing)! It's never enjoyable parting with such a huge sum of money (i.e. agency fees), but the great communication and assistance from Michelle definitely softened the blow. I felt like she worked really hard for her pay, which is not always the case with agents in this city. I was also nervous that my embarrassingly limited Castellano would hinder me during the process but we were able to converse mainly in English which was a real bonus for me. A positive experience all round! :)
