Negative experience: We saw the five star ratings and, as it was near our flat, invited them to have a look and consider selling it for us. The guy who came round just shrugged and tutted as he walked around, said the flat wasn't worth much and then spent ten minutes going on about it. We couldn't shut him up. Then he just left and we never heard from him again. Interesting to note that all the 5 star reviews are from 4 years ago, and nothing since. Three of them with no comments and never wrote another review. Now, I wonder why that would happen...
