Negative experience: I don't give a lower rating because there isn't one. I was called from the office on Santa Maria Street 25 in the Centro Sol district / Barrio de las Letras to cruelly inform me that I would have to leave my apartment because they had spoken with the owner of my flat and she wanted to sell it. I was surprised that the owner had told them such a thing without first informing me, they even asked if I would have any problem with them showing my house while I was inside. My response was that I would have to discuss everything with the owner. Upon leaving the office, I immediately called the owner and she was as shocked as I was, because everything they had told me was a LIE! They even offered me a commission to leave my house. There are many kinds of salespeople, but I have to say that these are scavenger vultures, they tell lies mercilessly, always with a Judas smile. I am clear that I will NEVER EVER negotiate any purchase or rental with them, neither with this office nor with Tecnocasa. In fact, I will tell everyone to run away if they can from doing any kind of business with these people.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. Zero professionalism. In July, I saw an apartment that interested me and the young lady who attended to me was supposed to speak with the owner to make an offer and ask some questions I had. She never called me back. Still, 3 months later, I asked via the WhatsApp number they have enabled only for that type of communication to send me pictures of two apartments they offered in their advertising brochure. They replied good morning, ok, and I never heard from them again.

Fantastic experience: First as a buyer and then as a landlord renting with them, I couldn't be happier with this agency. The buying process with Carlos was excellent, quick, and transparent. And renting with them afterwards has been a great decision, and I couldn't be more grateful to Carlos, Erika, and Moisés for their help!! I feel that they are always attentive, available, and genuinely care about us and the tenant. Thank you for answering my calls any time to resolve my doubts and problems, and for always being available! It's a close-knit agency, and I have a lot of trust in them; when I need them, they are there. Thank you to the whole team!!

Negative experience: Real estate agencies are quite tough to deal with and you have to be very cautious. I entered because I was interested in searching for a specific type of property, and since then I have felt like I've been under constant harassment from calls with things that don't match or even come close to my request. The same person has called me from different numbers within seconds of each other. I asked for the steps to proceed with a complaint because it seemed exhausting, and they read but don't respond to me. Seeing the rest of the reviews, I'm not surprised to receive such unpleasant treatment here. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Negative experience: La experiencia con esta agencia fue desastrosa, con la sensación todo el rato de que nos querían engañar, y así era. No fueron honestos: Nos dieron la información sesgada, hasta el punto de que llegamos a dar una señal para un piso porque nos dijeron que la propietaria aceptaba ofertas a partir de una cantidad cuando en realidad aceptaba ofertas a partir de mucho más dinero. E intentaron que firmáramos un contrato privado con ellos por el que nos comprometíamos a pagar una comisión que no se recuperaba incluso si la transacción no se completaba. Nos hicieron perder dinero: Al hacernos creer que el precio sería menor de lo que finalmente fue hicimos una tasación que pagamos nosotros y cuyo importe de 500€ perdimos. Nos presionaban: En todas las visitas había un agente de servicios de financiación (externo a tecnocasa) muy insistente y maleducado que nos intentaba vender sus servicios de financiación. Incluso habiendo dejado claro al personal de tecnocasa que no necesitábamos financiación y que no queríamos que ese señor estuviera en las visitas, él continuaba viniendo y presionándonos en cada reunión. En definitiva, una pérdida de tiempo y una mala experiencia que refuerza la mala y merecida imagen que tienen las agencias inmobiliarias. No os dejéis engañar.

Fantastic experience: Buenas, como pueden ver la mayoría de comentarios aquí son de 5 estrellas menos los de unas pocas cuentas falsas que alguien se creó para bajarle estrellas, como pueden darse cuenta esas cuentas casualmente tienen 1 reseña (Encima se dan me gusta entre sí). Les puedo garantizar que este sitio es excelente y si no compruebalo tú mismo como es el servicio de aquí. Un Saludo! ????

Negative experience: Muy deshonestos. No hicieron inventario de entrada ni de salida correctamente y usaron eso para cobrarme más dinero cuando salí. Pésima experiencia.

Negative experience: El agente que se encargó del proceso de alquiler hizo múltiples errores al redactar el contrato (monto equivocado, dirección equivocada, etc.) y varias veces tuve que devolver el contrato para que se corrija. Además me dio información falsa sobre el apartamento y se negó a brindar ayuda cuando se reveló su error. Terminé saliendo del piso más temprano porque estaba en malas condiciones y era antihigiénico, y en 6 meses algunos problemas nunca fueron arreglados. Además de todo eso, al finalizar el contrato Tecnocasa ayudó a la propietaria a cobrarme gastos innecesarios y tuve que pagarles además de perder la totalidad de mi fianza. Pondría menos estrellas si pudiera.

Negative experience: No les recomiendo pasar por una agencia inmobiliaria en general, pero mi experiencia con Tecnocasa fue especialmente mala y no tuvo ninguna utilidad más que hacerme perder dinero de principio a fin. Y tiene muy mal servicio.
