Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL about paying anything for them to study your economic situation. They had me pay €700 as a 'reservation' for an apartment that wasn't reserved; in fact, they kept advertising it, and they openly told me that there were more people in the same process as me as a condition for them to check if I passed the economic filter. After that, they told me I needed a guarantor, I provided one but eventually lost it and requested my money back for not passing the economic filter. They insisted they would talk to the owners, whom I have never met and have never been given contact with, and they told me that they had accepted my offer, needing to put down a guarantor in a week and that I could no longer recover the money because the owners had signed (under conditions that I had not consented to). Obviously, despite them later accepting that I could proceed without a guarantor, I refused to sign the contract as everything seemed really wrong and in bad faith to me. I believe it is important to live in apartments belonging to people you can trust (both in the owners and the intermediaries) and who don't have these kinds of attitudes. After that, I was even told that they make you pay to not study economic situations 'for free'. Since then, I have had to involve lawyers, and Tecnocasa does not respond to me nor do they return my money.

Negative experience: Some gangsters. They break into properties to locate empty homes. They believe they have the right to invade buildings. You have to call 091 to make them leave the properties because they even confront you.

Negative experience: Ruthless people, with no ethics or morals. They find out about the people in the neighborhood who have died or are believed to have died, look for family phone numbers in yellow pages, and pretend to be acquaintances who are concerned because they haven't seen the person for a long time!!!! All to find out if that house is thinking of selling. It doesn't matter what they do if they lie, pretending to be other people just to gather information at the cost of someone who may have passed away. All of this is a violation of data protection laws! You can't be more despicable and have no sense of shame. And don’t tell me this isn’t true because I have the call. It’s hard to expect anything from these people who do these kinds of things. Let's stop supporting companies that operate this way.

Negative experience: They harass the neighbors every day. They come to our buildings, sneak in, and knock on the doors at any hour. They are a harassing and disrespectful company, aside from being the real estate agency with the most complaints that I know of; you just have to search a little more online and read each case... it's scary.
