Negative experience: They claim to be a professional institution but in reality, all they want is your money. You pay them for a service after a lengthy explanation, but then you disappear once they receive your money. I've been calling for a month asking for my money back and about my service, but never, and if someone answers the phone, they'll say: 'Oh, I don’t know, it’s not my job', I'll call you back later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. SIMPLY TERRIBLE.

Negative experience: The company has zero regard for the community. They enter buildings without permission and disturb people in their homes.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, before the sale everything is easy and friendly faces; when problems arise later, they hide, which is where professionalism and the human side of a person are seen. Be very careful if you run into Gerard or Marc at any Tecnocasa. I found that they lied and omitted multiple aspects in the simple sale of a parking space. I can’t even imagine what they might lie about in the sale of a house: both in the monthly community fees and in the conditions that they knew about a parking space, which actually counts as a warehouse and not a parking lot, unregulated spaces neither in the land registry nor in the registry, problems in the horizontal division of properties, etc. They were all aware of this, confirmed by the person managing that community, but obviously did not inform anything, just to take their commission and disappear. Now I am wasting a lot of time trying to resolve the multiple problems with the space. If anyone wants more details about their 'good' practices, contact me at the address in the attached image and I will gladly inform you before you carry out any operation with them, or at least about everything you should verify, since obviously once they collect their commission, they will disappear from the map.

Negative experience: The worst I've ever seen, I will never pass by the agency again, they stopped responding to me and I was indeed interested in buying a flat. I just happened to pass by the office and look, it turns out they were going to respond to me HAHAHA! If they treat their clients like this, I honestly have no idea how they can sell, and how Technocasa doesn't do qualitative surveys to measure satisfaction, which in this case has been 0 out of 10. AWFUL!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I do not recommend this agency to anyone, we were unable to get the desired property even having the money ready, because Mark did not respond to our emails. We called several times without getting a solution. Look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I just rented the apartment with this agency, and I couldn't be more satisfied! I was desperate in my search as I was finding it very difficult to find an apartment in the area I was looking for. By chance, I walked into this office just to try. Gerard attended to me very kindly and professionally. He told me that at that moment they didn't have anything like what I was looking for, but that in a few weeks it was very likely that they would. I really thought they wouldn't call me as every time I went to other real estate agencies they told us the same thing. A few days later, they called me saying they had something that might fit. We scheduled a visit and it was indeed exactly what I was looking for. I reserved the apartment with another roommate and we are already living in the apartment. GREAT JOB by these guys, who clearly know what they are doing and love it, especially the sales representative Gerard who helped and guided us throughout the process.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Once they formalize the contract, they completely forget about you. Especially Gerard, who never responds to WhatsApp or phone calls, impossible to contact him. We ended the lease in February and didn't get our deposit back until July. I will not manage anything with Tecnocasa again, it's a disgrace.

Negative experience: The person who was assisting us, Gerard, ignores us and doesn't solve anything for us. He can perfectly not respond to you for weeks, but what a coincidence that when I walk through the door of the office, he was just about to respond to me. Even when I call the office, 'he's never there,' yet I can see him from the street. I'm foolishly losing money. It's a complete joke.

Fantastic experience: A week ago I rented my new apartment with my boyfriend through them and I was very happy. Gerard, the advisor who rented us the apartment along with Sebastian, advised us very well and helped us at all times. Moreover, both my boyfriend and I saved, in quotes, more than €1300 since we didn’t have to pay the agency fee as we always had in previous apartments. I recommend them 100%!!!

Negative experience: They called asking for a commission from the tenant which under the new housing law is illegal, trying to disguise it as fees. Watch out for the sharks.

Negative experience: Pesadísimos y muy cansinos con los vecinos con una actitud que en ocasiones llega al acoso para obtener información de pisos vacíos. Cuando les pides que se marchen de la comunidad no suelen hacerlo y continúan molestando a todo el vecindario llenando buzones de publicidad no deseada.

Negative experience: Tecnocasa usa metodos antiguos, como ir puerta a puerta tratando de conseguir clientes/casas. Hoy mientras q trabajaba desde casa en una conferencia me golpiaron la puerta tres veces cada vez más fuerte, tuve q disculparme de mi reunión y ir a ver quién estaba en la puerta pensé que era una urgencia y era un commercial de technocasa. Lo mandé de paseo, me ha fastidiado mi reunión. No sé quiénes se creen que son de entrar en un edificio y tocar la puerta de cada vecino. Que tal si la persona duerme, no se siente bien, está ocupado en su propia casa y estos molestando adonde nadie les dio lugar. Son unos invadores, mal educados,y inconscientes.

Negative experience: Me llaman a casa preguntando si soy uno de los propietarios. Le respondí que qué quería y me soltó la milonga que está buscando un piso vacío que un cliente le había dicho (mentira) y que quería mi ayuda para localizarlo. Después de unas cuantas mentiras me suelta si estoy interesado en vender el piso, le digo que es un piso para vivir y no para especular. Ahí se puso a la defensiva y me di cuenta que era el mismo tipo que hace unos meses entró en mi edificio picando todos los pisos preguntando si éramos propietarios y si queríamos vender. Se nota que gracias a la señora Colau mi barrio se está volviendo en una zona de alto valor de vivienda (proyecto super illa) y los buitres están revoloteando para ver si consiguen echar a los vecinos de toda la vida. Por cierto, Tecnocasas especulando que es lo único que saben hacer. PS: actualización 11/07/2023. Llaman a mi madre diciendo que hace unos meses hablaron con ella acerca de nuestro piso para venderlo... Sois unos mentirosos! no hablasteis con nadie y encima os inventais no sé qué de quedar para mostraros la casa. La próxima vez que os vea por la escalera os echaré a PATADAS del edificio!

A veces hasta por las noches y en fin de semana.Les he dicho mil veces que no me interesa y siguen insistiendo. Que me quieren conocer a mi y a mi piso y hacerme una valoración gratuita!! La verdad que son unos impresentables y si me vuelven a llamar los denuncio. Normal q tecnocasa tenga la mala fama q tiene.
