Negative experience: Terrible management by the agency. They called us saying that we are the profile they are most interested in for renting an apartment. We mentioned that we are away on a trip for 5 days, we offered to pay a reservation via bank transfer and even to lose the vacation money and take the first flight to Barcelona to secure the apartment, and they told us that 'they would keep us posted.' Days passed, they didn't say anything, and we wrote asking what was going on with the apartment, and their response was: 'I'm sorry to tell you that someone got ahead of you.' During the visit to the property, they scheduled all interested parties to be at the same time. We found more than 20 people viewing the apartment at once, and their response when we asked questions was: 'Just send the documentation to the email, and that's it; if we are interested in your documents, we'll let you know.' Very poor treatment from the real estate agency and very bad management, NOT RECOMMENDED!

Negative experience: Terrible treatment. I gave them a bad review today and they deleted it. They have abusive and unbearable clauses for the tenant (and they include them in all sections of the contract in case you detect one, they catch you with the next) and when you question them, they treat you as if you don't know what you're talking about. Today, we were attended by the contract manager with rudeness, arrogance, and condescension. He didn't like that three women knew more than he did about the LAU.

Negative experience: Sirs at Cideb, the tree well in front of the store on Rocafort street is not an ashtray. If you go out to smoke on the street, bring your own ashtray. It's terrible to throw cigarette butts on the street. Reading the rude response from the manager makes the attitude of the employees more understandable. And worst of all, preaching about respect and education... pathetic, Mr. Manager, pathetic.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency we have worked with. They deceived us from the beginning, talking about 7 years of rental, and showing up with a 5-year contract on the signing day. The agency had to manage the air conditioning, and they tried to trick us again. Apart from that, when we called them to manage the issue, they just hang up on us. Today has been the cherry on top... they sent technicians to take down the air conditioning, they disassemble it, and the manager tells us that before disassembling it, one wasn't working... we were all there the whole time. Besides being a lie, if it were true, they could have told us before doing anything, not afterwards... Now, reading the comments, I'm afraid it will take us a long time to get our deposit back. Also, we are now without air conditioning... and we don't know when we will have it again. Completely deceived, and on top of that, treated poorly. We will never work again with CIDEB real estate.

Negative experience: Cideb manages the rental of an apartment owned by my parents. 'Manage' means they have been collecting a 4% fee for decades for the sole task of forwarding the tenant's monthly payments to the owner. Just after the last tenant left (in February 2022), I sold the apartment and notified them. They took seven months to return the security deposit to the tenant (for reasons beyond my control), and then they claimed payment for these seven months of administration and for services rendered following the termination of the contract, such as 'informing about the procedure for handing over the keys and resolving the tenant's doubts', 'conducting the inspection of the property', or 'preparing and managing the handover of keys'. The amount claimed has varied because communication with them is never clear; it is now over €500 (which would be equivalent to one year and two months of administrative services). I did not understand that they should charge this amount for tasks inherent to the rental they had managed, especially since at the same time I did the same operation with another apartment managed by a different agency that did not charge anything for it. They withheld the return of the security deposit to the tenant as a pressure tactic until I pointed out that this behavior was incorrect. Since Cideb has legal services insurance, from the first moment they warned that to collect the debt they would take it to court, which they have done. I totally discourage this agency, both as an owner and, as I understand, also as a tenant.

Negative experience: It's an agency that only contacts you if they have to deduct money from you; we had to call the landlord ourselves because they acted as mediocre intermediaries!! In the end, thanks to the landlord, we got everything back!! We are also still waiting for a response to request a copy of the key; we have given up and have done everything directly with the owner. David Sotelo is the person in charge of managing our contract; you send him emails and he doesn't even bother to reply. After several times sending him invoices, I still await a response from this character, if I can call him something.

Negative experience: My experience with them as Property Managers is disastrous. I have been trying for over two months to get them to solve a sewage leak that has damaged the roof of my premises where dirty water continuously falls. Considering that this affects the hygiene of the place and that under these conditions it should have been resolved urgently, I am being forced to take legal action against the Property Community due to the inaction of this Administrator.

Negative experience: Es una vergüenza como trabaja esta gente, da igual la gestión que tengan que hacer. Llevo un mes intentado que me den dos llaves del portal y ni algo tan simple. Te dan largas, te dicen una cosa y no hacen nada. Vamos hasta te hacen una perdida para decirte luego “es que te he estado llamando…” ahora que me vaya yo a la otra punta de barcelona a hacer yo las llaves que ya me lo abonarán ellos. Y esto con algo tan simple. No se cuanto tiempo llevo esperando también un informe de un perito que me dijeron que me iban a mandar, ni mandarte el perito de nuevo… Yo me lo pensaba antes de tener cualquier gestión con ellos.

Negative experience: Esta agencia es el más malhonesto que he conocido. Te hace firmar el contrato el más rápido posible aunque el piso no este en condiciones adecuados de habitabilidad. Mienten claramente durante la venta (venden el piso con aire acondicionado, pero estaba roto desde el principio y refusaron repararlo a pesar de la canicula). Ponen clausulas en el contrato de alquiler que están claramente fuera de la ley. No hacen ninguna reparación, incluso las mas serias (tenemos humedad en el piso desde más de 1 año. Se rompió la persiana de aluminio, y pretenden que es la responsabilidad del inquilino de reemplazarla aunque la persiana tenía por lo menos 20 años). Eviten utilizar esta agencia.

Negative experience: Molts problemes amb el retorn de la fiança. En tot moment mirant pel bé de la propietària i no de les llogateres. A més, una comunicació amb el responsable de l’agència molt desagradable: errors en els càlculs de factures de subministraments acusant-nos d’impagaments, ironies poc adients i inclús queixes per estar perdent massa temps de feina amb nosaltres, entre d’altres.

Negative experience: Una experiencia horrible que me costó mucho dinero y estres. No alquiles un piso a través de ellos. Son personas sin éticos. Yo traté con Monserrat y su trato era sin profesionalidad ni humanidad. Ojo: 1. NO DEVUELVAN LA FIANZA: En el piso donde vivía, todos los pisos son alquilados por CIDEB. Durante el tiempo que vivía ahi, 4 inquilinos dejaron sus pisos y ninguno recibió su fianza. 2. NO DAN DE BAJA LOS SUMISTROS CUANDO SE VA DEL PISO: Mi contrato dijo que me penalizan por dar de baja los suministros. Entonces, no lo hizé, pero ellos tampoco y seguía pagando los suministros de los nuevos inquilinos durante 6 meses. Nunca me devolvieron el dinero y negieron que habia inquilinos, aunque mi vecino me había enviado fotos del piso ocupado. Eso paso a otros inquilinos en mi piso. Y muchas mas... EN FIN - CERO RECOMENDABLE

Negative experience: Terrible experiencia, recomiendo encarecidamente no hacer negocios con esta compañía. Ni cumplen ni solucionan nada, muy poco profesionales, muy poca educación y un trato terrible. 1 estrella porque no se puede poner 0

Negative experience: "La ley? No la necesito." Esta es la respuesta que recibí de CIBED cuando les recordé que la devolución de la fianza se hace el mismo día que se acaba el contrato de alquiler (artículo 36.4 de la LAU). No se devuelve 1 mes y medio o 2 después (como lo afirman). Esta es la impunidad de este tipo de agencia. La misma agencia que está certificada con el "Codigo deontológico y ético" de la API de Cataluña. Por suerte he encontrado otro alquiler más barato con un agente ético, que conoce sus derechos y deberes (y sin gastos bancarios que no aparecen en el contrato... La tecnica de la letra pequeña en el documento de domiciliación bancaria ).

Negative experience: Cuando llegó la hora de firmar, una vez pagada la reserva, y vi el contrato...me eché para atrás, aún sabiendo que perdería la reserva. Quizás es hora de que "cambien el contrato -que según Ustedes es estandard y del Colegio de APIS, pero que según mi abogado y mi gestor es totalmente a favor del propietario-. Lástima, porque el.piso me gustaba.
