Negative experience: Be careful renting from them! I had a generally positive experience during the 1.5 years I rented an apartment with Layvak // Bufete Alemany, the law firm related to this. THEN! So unprofessional. I handed over the keys and was told that the bills would be changed out of my name THAT SAME WEEK. Two full months later —after €400+ in utilities had been charged to my account— they hadn't done it, even though new tenants were living in the apartment. Then, even though I had moved out and the apartment was vacant the entire month before I handed over the keys, they forced me to split the very high bills the other tenant had charged, and I had to pay all of the 21% IVA on their charges, even time when I didn’t have the keys but they didn’t want to pay. So many excuses. They calculated only a tiny fraction of the bill as their share and left out all the extra service charges during the months they lived there. Then I had to CHASE them to get this money. They didn’t care at all that three months later I was still being charged for an apartment I hadn’t had keys to in 3+ months. Even though the bills represented ~15 days I was in the apartment and 45 days they were, they returned less than half of the money. For that alone, I don't recommend using this company. What should have been an easy process —I give you keys and a pristine apartment and you switch the bills took two months. I changed all the bills on my new apartment in one week, so their excuse of "oh it's COVID" was not truthful. If I could change my bills over in bad Spanish in a week, they are natives who could have done it sooner than two months. Pass and find somewhere else to live or you will regret it at the end, and you can kiss your security deposit goodbye.

Negative experience: Llevo minimo, minimo 1 semana llamando a todo horario enviando emails y contactando por un portal de internet x 2 pisos n los q estoy interesada. He dejado mi contacto reiteradad veces y no he recibido ningun tipo de contestacion de llamado. NADA. no se explica como no cogen el telefono siquiera.
