Fantastic experience: I was in a situation where I urgently needed an apartment in Barcelona, I found this agency by chance and it has been the best thing that could have happened to me. They treated me like family and found me an apartment that, with the places I was looking at and the location, would have cost me 700€ for a shared room, while they found me a place with exemplary conditions. Very friendly and sociable people at a great price compared to some real estate agencies. My evaluation of this company is a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Ten out of ten, I trusted Marti to get an office and he found me the best one. In the building, we have several offices, those renting without a 10, hardworking people from different countries, and super respectful. I am absolutely delighted in my office!!!!! On the other hand, Marti is available by phone for any questions, poor guy, he even answers on Sundays. A thousand thanks Marti, you are amazing!!!!!

Negative experience: They select people with a lot of favoritism; if you are a person of color, forget about being chosen. For this to happen in 2024 is like something out of a movie.

Negative experience: I want to express my disappointment with the real estate agency due to a recent experience I had. My cousin and I, both black women, were attended to by Martí, who was very kind during our visit to the apartment early in the afternoon. Immediately after the visit, I expressed my interest in renting the room and provided all the requested information, making sure that they would call me later. However, several hours passed without news, and I was finally informed that the room had already been rented. At no time during the visit were we told that there was another interested person or that the room had already been reserved, which created confusion about why our request was denied at the last minute. It is unfortunate that situations like this continue to occur in Barcelona, a city that prides itself on being inclusive and open. This experience has left a negative impression on how some real estate agencies handle the tenant selection process. I sincerely hope that measures are taken to prevent others from having to go through a similar experience in the future. Good evening, regarding your response, I feel it is necessary to clarify certain points: Visit Management: During the visit, we were not informed at any time about the existence of other interested parties or a prior reservation for the room. Better communication management would have avoided this situation. Overall Experience: The kindness during the visit does not compensate for the lack of professionalism shown in following up on our interest. Of course, this mismanagement in communication has led us to feel a sense of exclusion and a lack of transparency on the part of the real estate agency. This is unacceptable. You may work this way with everyone, but this situation is repeated in the case of racialized people; it is not the only time nor the first time this has happened. I just wanted to give voice and state the reality. If you, as a real estate agency, have not managed this well, the fairest thing is to warn the next person who comes in to take it into account. I should also point out that the "alternative" offered was not comparable in terms of conditions, which shows a lack of consideration for our needs and expectations.
