Fantastic experience: The building is entirely owned by the same property. They take great care of all the details, from the entrance, the stairs, and a beautiful rooftop with 360-degree views that is a delight, especially in winter. This building is also very sustainable. They take great care of it and give advice to the tenants. The apartments are small but the space is super well utilized, and all the furniture and decoration are placed with very good taste and criteria. An interesting aspect is that with the rent, you have a repair service for anything in the house. Also, the entire team at the real estate agency is very attentive and helpful. If I leave, it is because the apartment has become small as I want my daughters to come, otherwise, I would definitely stay. I will miss it!

Fantastic experience: I loved being in this apartment, I felt extremely well treated, any little thing I needed to fix was resolved very quickly by the technical service. The apartment was perfect for me, everything was new and clean and with amazing views of the W hotel and the sea, a real luxury, very peaceful. A 10, I will definitely return and I recommend it one hundred percent. Thank you again for making my stay so pleasant, it's a shame I had to move out.

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience, the apartments are very comfortable, and its interior design is very nice, the common areas meet what is needed and are in great condition as well as the excellent management team always pending and helping us at all times.

Negative experience: Stood outside waiting 20min for a scheduled showing, no luck. No insight on apartments themselves but might be reflective of general attitude. Unclear… beware!

Fantastic experience: Sus propuestas de coliving son muy buenas, ofrecen actividades como yoga lo cual viene muy bien porque puedes ejercitarte y relajarte sin tener que ir a otro lugar, lo tienes en tu propio edificio; además que el diseño de interiorismo es muy lindo, todos los espacios están muy bien decorados.

Fantastic experience: Alquile en dos oportunidades con ellos, siempre cumplieron lo que prometieron, son serios y responsables. Uno piso era a estrenar y tuvo varios inconvenientes por no estar en uso y ellos se ocuparon de resolverlos todos. Los pisos ya vienen con todo equipado, solo hay que llevar la ropa!
