Fantastic experience: Our apartment viewing with Tesa went incredible even though we didn't end up choosing any of the apartments she showed us. She was right on time for the viewing and even waited a bit for us, held the doors during the viewing as we had a stroller. Very polite, spoke english well, had already opened the apartments beforehand and guided us through professionally but what I particularly loved is that she was not pushy or didn't create any urgency for us to act upon. Simply pointed out the features and best aspects of the apartments (we visited 2 in the same building), listened to the disadvantages we had in mind and let us walk around on our own as well. At the end of the viewing she handed us a paper with a reference photo of the apartment printed out and all the details about the flat + the rental information - super helpful, especially if you're viewing several apartments! Tesa was truly one of the best agents we have had a pleasure of meeting in the last couple of years!

That is why we always sign a photographic inventory depicting the state our tenants receive the flats in. Our goal is to ensure that each property is well-maintained for the enjoyment of all our tenants. As outlined in your lease agreement, tenants are responsible for returning the property in a clean and undamaged condition, with reasonable wear and tear expected. However, we value your feedback, and we remain at your disposal would like to discuss the matter further.

Fantastic experience: Súper contentos!!! Mi novio de EEUU se mudaba a España a principios de Abril y yo estuve buscándole piso. Habita Barcelona hicieron el proceso súper sencillo y ameno. La visita del piso fue con Jorge, muy simpatico, me resolvió las dudas que tenía y se encargó de decirme todo lo que necesitábamos para que mi novio pudiera optar al piso. Una vez le dieron el piso, Ximena me ayudó un momento con todo el tema legal, ya que yo estaba actuando como representante de mi novio porque él no estaba aquí.
