Negative experience: I bought an apartment two years ago. They were very nice and attentive, but they told me that the ITE was up to date and free of charges, and I found myself with a special assessment of over €100,000 to be covered by the community, as well as another one pending payment for a roof reform. On the other hand, they kept pressuring me even though I had already made the reservation by saying that there was another person interested in buying the apartment to squeeze the price. I advise anyone buying through them to hire a lawyer.

No se la experiència que otros hayan tenido con este grupo pero la mía ha sido inmejorable.
