Negative experience: Luis San Gregorio. You cannot enter the farms, go up floors and leave little notes under the doors. And after making it clear that we are NOT interested. Do not call more than once and do not enter buildings if you do not live or work there.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our apartment in Barcelona and we don't have enough words of gratitude for the entire TECNOCASA team for how well they managed the sale and the peace of mind they conveyed to us with their great professionalism. We know the nerves that come with a sale, but they made everything so much easier. We want to especially mention two people from the TECNOCASA team: Mauro, the sales manager, who is a fantastic professional and an excellent person, and Matías, a young guy who, despite his youth, exudes nobility and is passionate about his work. If we had to sell or buy again, we wouldn't hesitate to trust them again. 100% recommendable.

Fantastic experience: I have purchased a property with them as mediators and the experience has been very good for both myself and the selling party. I am very happy with the treatment received from Mauro and Matías who have been very attentive throughout the entire process.

Fantastic experience: The service received from Tecnocasa has been very satisfactory. In 90 days they sold our apartment and took care of both the paperwork and clearing it out. I especially want to congratulate Mauro for his involvement in the sale. For me, a 10!!

Negative experience: These unscrupulous and shameless individuals, taking advantage of managing the sale of a neighbor, have shown up at my nonagenarian father's house offering to buy the apartment, pretending to be false buyers to lure him in. I had a conversation with the person in charge, who excused himself by saying it is company policy, to which I replied that they will be reported to Gencat's consumer protection for misleading advertising and 'extortion'.

Negative experience: The people who have given 5 stars and say they are professionals are surely as fake as they are. All the agents are incompetent and very, BUT VERY rude. It's useless that you don't reply to emails... I will be talking to my brother who works for La Vanguardia, to see who takes responsibility for all your mess.

Negative experience: Bad treatment and service! Luis from the Sagrada Familia agency calls me, during the conversation he mentions Kiron and I tell him that we don’t want anything to do with them because if we can get the same service without paying, why would I have to go with Kiron? It’s incredible that they want to push it on us! At that point, he starts to get angry and responds to me all offended, so I reply that if viewing apartments with Tecnocasa means going with Kiron, then we will rather take another agency as a reference. Highly offended, the guy tells me good luck and hangs up! Remember that one is the customer, also remember that you cannot force me to take a service that I do not find reliable, always remember to maintain calm and education despite everything.

Negative experience: Do not buy and especially do not sell your apartment with them, they are INCOMPETENT (to say the least), hiring kids who respond 'I have to consult' to every question and then disappear. They are the worst agency in all of Barcelona, disgusting!

Negative experience: Unos impresentables. Mi pareja y yo acordamos una visita de un piso con ellos y no se presentaron. No respondían a las llamadas y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas o nos dieron alguna explicación. 0 profesionales.

Fantastic experience: Muy buenos profesionales, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, y nos guiaron durante todo el proceso haciéndolo como si fuera sencillo. Vendieron nuestro piso muy rápido, mientras otras agencias nos decían que bajaramos el precio. Gracias Luis junto a Mauro

Fantastic experience: La verdad que no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, más bien al contrario. Pudimos comprobar el nivel de profesionalidad al comparar como fue el tramite de venta (que hicimos con ellos) respecto al tramite de compra (que fue con otra agencia)... Tanto Ester como Daniel nos ayudaron en todo el proceso.
