Negative experience: NO RECOMIENDO trabajar con esta empresa por los siguientes motivos; Falta de profesionalidad para llevar a cabo dichos servicios que ofrecen Falta de comunicación y buen trato hacia los trabajadores Falta de pagos y nóminas a los trabajadores Comportamientos inapropiados para una buena conducta dentro del equipo Como experiencia personal podría redactar todos y cada uno de los motivos por los cuales no recomiendo esta empresa en especial la oficina del Clot, dicha información se puede demostrar Por otro lado falta de profesionalidad por parte de dirección y en especial a la responsable Yolanda.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for over a month for them to fix the kitchen. There is a gas leak and they are doing nothing!! I sent a repair estimate, they thought it was expensive. They told me they would look for another one and I'm still waiting... Well, they will wait for the kitchen to explode to make the repairs...

Negative experience: If you want to be lied to and treated like a fool to your face, enter without fear. The practices are at least somewhat mafia-like, a complete lack of responsibility from some employees. They tell you that they won't provide a service and then they charge you for it. They say they will refund you and then they don't. You are laughing in the customers' faces, unacceptable? Obviously, a complaint will be raised to the management of Exes/Expofincas in addition to this comment. I hope the management addresses this because the image some employees give to their company is very degrading.

Negative experience: Terrible, I've been waiting 3 months for them to pay me 875€ that they charged my tenant, and there is no one responsible to solve this, be careful with these people.

Negative experience: I wouldn't give even 1 star, the place charges 400 with over 70% humidity, they don't pay for the damages caused to my belongings, 400 for additional security deposit that they don't even refund. SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: After 8 years as a renter I can conclude that they have bad communication and slow service. They seem to do the bare minimum. If you need something done you need to chase them. For the last year they failed to charge me the rent and I had to make transfers myself. They are pretty polite overall, though.

Fantastic experience: He encontrado piso a través de esta agencia y la verdad es que solo tengo palabras buenas. La gestión fácil y rápida. Ana es un encanto y allí en la firma del contrato todo fenomenal.

Negative experience: Huir de este sitio, cobran 6000+IVA de la parte compradora cuando ya cobran una parte de la vendedora. Es más, te obligan a pagar este dinero antes de hacer la compraventa, es decir garantía 0 para el comprador. Ya que una vez cobrada sus honorarios, te dejan tirados y no te devuelve ni un duro. Te venden con una prepotencia que piensas: a donde vas? A caso por comprarte un piso te tengo que arrodillar?
