Negative experience: Standing in front of the apartment, they made me walk 4 blocks in the rain because we first had to meet at the real estate agency. When I arrived, late because it was impossible to walk due to the downpour, they had already gone to the visit with other interested parties.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency at all, they are unprofessional. We arranged to see a rental apartment and they never informed me that it was already reserved. We had agreed to meet at their offices (45 minutes from my house) and I had to adjust my work schedule to be able to see the apartment. Upon arrival, they told me that the apartment I was going to see was no longer available. A waste of time and transportation money.

El piso se ha vendido en menos de 4 meses. Las comerciales, Delfina y sobretodo Yezid, con quien más hemos tratado, han sido muy amables, simpáticas y sobretodo profesionales. Si en un futuro necesitara contratar una agencia inmobiliaria otra vez no dudaria en repetir.

Negative experience: ¡Cuidado con Tecnocasa!Me enseñaron un piso en la calle Rogent, hice una oferta y, cuando ya me iba a marchar, la persona que lo enseñaba me informa que al precio del piso hay que añadir un 3% de comisión de la agencia +21% de esa comisión. En el anuncio no constaba, lo revisé de nuevo. He comprado recientemente en otras agencias y !nunca cobran comisión a los compradores! De no haber sido por este engaño, me hubiera quedado el piso; incluso hubiera subido mi oferta.
