They buy tiny apartments throw some Ikea furniture to charge you triple sometimes 4x of the normal price, without offering min comfort (no dishwasher, lifts, studio sizes). Rent here and leave your social damage footprint, you are contributing to the colapse of the city, all you value culturally about visiting this city will be gone soon.

Fantastic experience: Tenia que vendere un piso en Barcelona y desde hacias mas de 5 años no tenia manera de venderlo. Lo tenia alquilado y en cuanto contacte con Sapi Costas me aconsejaron que finalizara el contrato de alquiler que asi si que podrian venderlo inmediatamente. Asi fue en noviembre de 2016 lo tenia vacio y en febrero de 2017 firmaba la venta del piso. En todo momento tanto Ekaterina como Roman estuvieron pendientes de que se vendiera el piso con un monton de visitas hasta dar con el comprodor adecuado. Un diez para ellos.
