Negative experience: Mucho cuidado con esta agencia! Nada recomendables. Muy mala gestión. Tienen las tarifas más altas del mercado y no trabajan bien. Cometen errores muy graves por no prepararse los documentos y luego no se hacen responsables, y no te devuelven el dinero. Mucho cuidado. Explico mi caso: Encontré (yo) mi vivienda a través de idealista, al enseñarmela no se habían estudiado los datos y no sabían darme información precisa sobre gastos de comunidad, instalación de gas, reformas, etc. Eso sí, mucha prisa para que pagues la señal. Después no solicitaron los papeles correctos para la compraventa por no estar informados lo cual llevó un retraso de dos meses una vez puesta la fecha y todo (se dio cuenta el notario) Eso me ocasionó gastos extras, visitas de nuevo al banco y al notario, volver a firmar la hipoteca, etc. Sin embargo, no solo no me devolvieron la comisión (que cobraron literamente por no hacer bien su trabajo) sino que ni siquiera se disculparon. Desde el banco y desde la notaría me dijeron que nunca habían visto una tan mala gestión en muchos años. Lo aviso para evitarselo a quien pueda, no solo no repetiría sino que los desaconsejo. Cuidado.
