Negative experience: I made an offer for an apartment whose amount they recommended to me. They promised to defend my purchase offer until the end, but 5 minutes later they called me saying that someone had offered more money through another channel -> SURPRISE! That 'channel' was them having accepted another offer 5 minutes after I paid them the €2000 deposit. Do not trust them because they are people who only want a little more commission in their account :)
