Fantastic experience: Después de meses luchando con la comunidad para poder cambiar la ducha finalmente se logró,fueron unos meses bastante complicados ya que daban muchas largas para que tanto el equipo de la inmobiliaria mas el propietario pudieran gestionar todo y poder colocarla junto a los cambios que solicitaban. Negative experience: It has been one year since we signed contract so I think I am allowed to share a feedback. In general they are nice and kind people. 1. The communication around the time signing the contract went well. But after if I am not physically going to the office, I am not receiving feedback via email or phone. It has been one year and we are still not able to do padron because some challenges that the owner (well still not owner of the house) has. I have asked numerous times and no update or feedback. Just an assurance that indeed this is not ok. We are customers as well and I am not happy with this approach at all. We now have some challenges in the house so I will be wondering how this will be managed. My experience from the previous realtor was totally different. If there was an issue, he was always available and responsive. Not the case here.

Negative experience: I find it horrible that they have both on the Internet and at the door that they open until 1:30 PM on Saturdays. I came here this morning and found it closed, there isn't even a contact phone number. If they are on vacation, have a different schedule, or have had some kind of problem, it wouldn't cost much to put up an informative sign and not waste people's time.

Negative experience: Para alquilar el piso y recibir sus comisiones son rapidísimos, amables y eficaces. Para la hora de hacer el trabajo pesado no tanto. En medio año que estuve alquilando con esta agencia no fueron capaces de resolver ni una de las mil incidencias que tenía el piso. A la hora de devolverme la fianza no fueron capaces de gestionar la devolución de la garantía adicional por valor de 1400€. Al final la he recibido, pero teniendo que contactar directamente con la propietaria porque de nuevo no han sido capaces de asumir sus funciones. Si no hubiera hecho yo lo que era el trabajo de ellos, esos 1400€ no los hubiera visto nunca más en mi vida. Que poca profesionalidad. No merecen ni un céntimo de la comisión que se embolsaron por hacer absolutamente nada.

Se implicó al 100% en todo, tratando de resolver los problemas por anticipado y haciendo fáciles los trámites tan complejos que tiene el adquirir una vivienda. He quedado muy satisfecho con el trato recibido por parte de Carles y de la Inmobiliaria Entre Suelos. Si en algún momento tengo que volver a hacer trámites inmobiliarios contaré con ellos.
