Negative experience: Terrible service. Lack of professionalism and transparency. We contacted the agency to see a rental apartment they had posted. Adrian replied to our messages and provided the address and time. He contacted us the morning of the visit asking if we could come 15 minutes earlier. When we arrived, there was no one. We tried to contact Adrian by phone and WhatsApp but got no response. After 2 hours, he replied to our messages saying he was no longer in the area, that he had other visits, and he didn't even apologize; he also didn't call or send a message to notify us that he was canceling our visit after asking us that same morning to change the time of the visit.

Fantastic experience: We bought an apartment through Tecnocasa Horta and the truth is that throughout the process we felt very well supported. All the paperwork was done on time, they advised us well at all times, and we recommend to anyone the service of Albert and also Adrián. Obviously, if you buy, you should know that the commission they take is 3%, but the truth is that it is worth it for the security and service we received.
