Negative experience: NEFASTO. Extraordinariamente malo. Retrato la valoración con una estrella, y aún así no refleja lo vivido con ellos. En la primera toma de contacto acudió un trabajador de la inmobiliaria, la verdad una persona honesta, con buena predisposición y ganas de trabajar. Una vez llegamos a un pacto para la gestión de la vivienda, el gerente de la empresa, un tipo alto, a la par que maleducado, alegaba y reconocía que todo lo que había dicho en momentos previos al acuerdo era simplemente para convencerme. ¡Aunque fuese mentira! Los tratos y las formas en el plano emocional estaban totalmente fuera de lugar, y ya os podéis imaginar si esto falla, cómo era en el plano profesional. He esperado unos meses con tal de ver si cambiaba de parecer pero es que sigue siendo igual de prepotente, chulesco y un tanto agresivo. En el momento en el que tiene tu dinero TODO SON PROBLEMAS. Mejor, búscate otro sitio a no ser que cambien...

Fantastic experience: Sorprendida con el gerente. Quise vender la vivienda de mi madre y me dijo que al precio que quería venderlo él no me cogía la vivienda porque no lo vendería. Me lo llevé a otro sitio y efectivamente no lo conseguí vender. Al final me tragué el orgullo, se lo dejé a new deal para que me lo vendieran al precio estimado por ellos y no tardé en venderlo. Chapeau porque no todos funcionan así, me encanta este tipo de profesionales que van de cara y no se quedan tu piso por quedártelo o te tratan de vender como sea.

Negative experience: No le salió el negocio por trámites innecesarios para conseguir "buena prensa" que no pudimos cumplir, y entonces tomó un tono despectivo con nosotros. Más mala prensa que un trato así a los clientes, no se me ocurre ninguna.
