Negative experience: They are not social rentals, I spoke with InmoCaixa. They told me that they had no record of these people offering social rentals in their name, as they have not had social rentals since 2012... A complete lie. Full of legal loopholes like asking for three payslips to see the apartment BEING A SOCIAL RENTAL (?). Apartments that are not available, I am talking about the apartments of LA TORRE, which have had a full waiting list for TWO MONTHS. All of this, said by InmoCaixa. A social rental cannot require you to have three payslips... People like me, 28 years old, who do not have a stable job, it is normal to be two months in one place, two months in another, one month in another... Everything started to fill with obstacles, problems, and lies. Example: 'the 3 payslips have to be from the same place' 'if in the last payslip you are unemployed, it does not count' knowing that I was working for all 3 summer months... Once I submitted the documentation, and I said that I had been saving for this for YEARS, they stopped calling me and lost interest in me renting... in just one day I got all the documentation they asked for, BECAUSE I HAVE IT. After that, they forgot about me. CASSANA REAL ESTATE, A COMPLETE LIE.

Negative experience: Gestionan los alquileres de las viviendas de Caixabank en la Torre Navis (Calle Che Guevara, 24, Mislata). AVISO para quien se plantee alquilar alguno. Nosotros reservamos uno dando una garantía de un mes, porque claro, piden siempre dinero por adelantado. Al entregarnos el contrato, encontramos varias cláusulas abusivas. Una de ellas, la más fuerte, te hacen comprometerte a hacerte cargo de absolutamente toda avería que pueda ocurrir en el piso (incluidas las producidas por un uso cotidiano), de absolutamente todo: tuberías, grifería, aire acondicionado, calentador, cuadro de luz,… pasados 60 días desde la entrada a la vivienda. Hablamos de pisos que llevan más de 10 años alquilados. Esto contraviene la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos. Pero les da igual. Podrían decir desde un principio cuales son las condiciones abusivas de alquiler que imponen, ponerlo en el anuncio o al menos decirlo cuando llamas, para no hacer perder el tiempo a la gente. Fatal por la inmobiliaria de Caixabank y muy poca profesionalidad de esta inmobiliaria intermediaria. Se aprovechan de la escasez de vivienda en alquiler, de la necesidad y de la ignorancia de la gente. Por cierto, a día de hoy seguimos esperando la devolución de la “garantía”.

Fantastic experience: He utilizado sus servicios en la tramitación de un contrato de alquiler. Todo ha sido fácil. A destacar su profesionalidad, se ocuparon de todo, redactaron el contrato, tramitaron los cambios con las empresas suministradoras e incluso el depósito de la fianza. Desde luego volveré a contar con los servicios de Cassana en el futuro.

Negative experience: Tras revisar las opiniones de esta inmobiliaria supuse que era buena. Tal vez lo sean... pero la atención por parte de la recepcionista es horrible. No escucho mi consulta y solo respondió cosas que no era lo que preguntaba mientras escuchaba música.

Negative experience: He sido inquilina de esta agencia durante 4 años. Cuando me dieron el apartamento, no estaba en las mejores condiciones pero como eran muy amables he decidido limpiar el apartamento, sacar todos los muebles rotos que se habian dejado los inquilinos anteriormente, sacar todas las cajas que habian dejado los inquilinos anteriores, pagar una empresa para quitar las cucarachas del apartamento ya que estaba infestado etc. Tras 4 años, y habiendo siempre pagado todas mis facturas y dando el alquiler siempre a tiempo, no me quieren devolver la fianza y se inventan cosas para no devolvertela. Hubiese preferido que me dijesen que no quisieran devolverme la fianza que me inventasen las barbaridades que estan diciendo. Bueno, CUIDADO CON ESTA AGENCIA, que parecen super simpaticos y agradables, pero que al final son solo un equipo de mentirosos y ladrones.

Negative experience: Vendedora muy agresiva al teléfono porque cometí el error de decir que era estudiante. Los jóvenes evitan ir allí. Otras agencias no son así. La referencia del apartamento es 885.

Negative experience: Habiendo alquilado con ellos hace más de un año en el edificio navis en Mislata, estamos muy descontentos con el trato recibido. A los dos meses de alquilar se desentienden de cualquier avería del tipo que sea. Nos enseñaron un gimnasio de la comunidad que actualmente no existe porque las máquinas en realidad eran de un vecino y te las enseñaban como propias, y ahora van a quitar el servicio de portería 24 horas cuando en un edificio tan grande es absolutamente necesario. La piscina comunitaria lleva cerrada desde el principio de la pandemia aún existiendo un protocolo para poder utilizarla. Aún con la merma de servicios no han rebajado ni un euro el precio del alquiler. Pensaros bien alquilar con ellos.

Negative experience: Cuidado cuando representan a inmocaixa. Aunque te digan lo contrario NO TE VAN A ARREGLAR NADA. Da igual que seas inquilino y no propietario. Serás el responsable de todos los desperfectos. Inmocaixa por no hacer ni te va a contestar el teléfono. Esta agencia te enseñará el piso, te dirá que todo es maravilloso y tendrás un piso muy mono sin servicios.

Negative experience: He alquilado un piso en Mislata Torre Navis, me indicaron y publicitan en el anuncio que tienen servicio de conserjería las 24 horas, servicios comunes gimnasio, piscina.. etc y llevo un mes y medio y desaparece la Consejería 24 horas el próximo día 1 de abril. El gimnasio sin aparatos desmantelado, sin poder usar la piscina, y losiguen publicitando. Lo único que le salva es la buena atención que tuve por parte de las personas que allí trabajan.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio por parte del gerente Arnau, no se presentó a la primera entrevista, en la segunda tuvimos que buscarlo todo el tiempo, la información nunca fue clara para la reserva. En fin pésimo servicio no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria ni para realizar visitas.

Negative experience: UN SERVICIO PÉSIMO. Quede con ellos un día para ver un piso que quería alquilar y no fueron capaces de presentarte. Ya cuando consigo ver el piso, me lo quiero quedar, preparo la documentación necesaria para reservarlo, me comentan que antes tiene que hablar con el propietario del piso y me avisarían con cualquier cosa.. Pasa el día que supuestamente me tienen que avisar, les hablo para que me den alguna información y me comenta que el piso ya ha sido alquilado a los otros interesados... NO SON CAPACES DE AVISAR Y SINO LES HUBIERA LLAMADO SEGUIRÍA ESPERANDO ALGUNA RESPUESTA DEL PISO.
