Negative experience: I dealt with a guy named Alejandro. He was one of the most unpresentable and arrogant people I've seen in a long time. After stringing me along for weeks with a hypogeum apartment, he sends me a WhatsApp audio saying that it's sold, telling me to go on Idealista and keep looking for another one.

Negative experience: Nothing, just to say that they showed me a chalet and two days later I said I wanted it, and it turns out they already have it committed. I'm sorry, I don't believe it. You've sold it to some little friend; no one can take that thought out of my head. And on top of that, they charge an exorbitant commission to the buyers, equal to what the sellers are charged, but they don't charge the sellers as much. I hope that if I buy something, they don't manage it.

Negative experience: I write to share my bad experience with this company, where my person and situation have been played with. I contacted them through a Hipoges asset, and it happened to be the same person, who immediately after being published in both cases had already passed that offer. This individual, if I may call him that, Alejandro Caballero, does not work for free, but I am not going to buy for free. In the previous asset, he told me that he would help me if I signed an exclusivity agreement with him as a buyer and would have preference, when what I want is to see the bank's asset, and he blocks them for me because he keeps them for his clients. Since I did not want to accept his proposal, that's how he returns them to me. Oh, and I also had to arrange the financing with someone he gave me, also to have preference (because he takes a commission). In summary, it's shameful and embarrassing to work this way and not give an opportunity to a person with a child to support, who after 12 years has had their rental terminated. This man has no scruples knowing the situation; he only values the money of others that he takes. Best regards.

Negative experience: Very poor attention I received at the time from Stefano Franco Teijido. I do not recommend him, he was very disdainful towards me because he tried to insinuate himself, showing inappropriate behaviors. Fantastic experience: Agency is first of all not about the company, but about the people. Ismael did his job ideally. It was the first apartment I was purchasing in Spain. Ismael was always available to answer any questions I had. Spent a lot of time showing property to me and sharing his opinion about it. On the day of purchase he was staying with owner and a buyer all the time: in the morning at agency, afternoon during notary paper work. And even after it all was finished. In comparison with other agents and different agencies Ismael is a great professional that works hard to meet owner and a buyer expectations. Plus that is very important for foreign clients - he speaks perfect English :)

Negative experience: The initial service was good, with a lot of availability from Martha Molina, but by the end of the lease, the availability was no longer the same. There was a big delay in the return of the deposit (which was a very high amount), I had to ask several times for its return and the communication was almost nonexistent. Furthermore, when the deposit was finally returned, a very high cleaning fee was charged without prior notice, even though the apartment was clean and had been inspected by the agency itself, which said everything was impeccable. Considering we paid over a thousand euros to the real estate agency for a period of only 5 months, I expected a minimally more competent and honest service.

Negative experience: I have been trying to contact them for weeks as we are interested in an advertisement, and so far it has been impossible.... They answered the phone only once, took notes, and told us that a sales representative would call us, but we haven't heard back since.... What a pity!
