Negative experience: I still don't have the chance to visit you, however my rating is because last night I checked the hours on Google which indicated they had been modified a week ago, so I understood it corresponds to reduced summer hours, but I am outside and it is closed at 11:20 and there is no sign or anything indicating 'closed for vacation.'

Negative experience: INCOMPETENT, lack of professionalism and transparency, they disappear ignoring customer attention and service, they lie about the situation of the properties knowingly. They schedule appointments for customers to visit properties offered for sale that have already been sold, when the date and time of the visit arrives they postpone without explanation, keeping the user waiting. They do not answer the phone and simply keep postponing visits, we insist on properties that do not exist. The phone is redirected, with the office not being the one answering. We do not recommend through this medium the services of this real estate agency for any dealings regarding the buying and selling of a home.
Hello Maribel. It's a pity that I can't leave you a negative review as a client. In cases like yours, there’s nothing we would like more. We received your call yesterday in which you used a tone, a despotic attitude, and bad manners towards our colleague, demanding to be scheduled for a morning appointment to see a property that other clients wanted to visit apart from you, and no matter how much we wanted, we didn't know when we could start visiting since we were waiting for the seller's confirmation to do so. It is absolutely false that you were scheduled for a specific time. You were informed, just like everyone else, that yesterday we would know when we could set a specific appointment for the visit. Unfortunately, our colleague eventually contacted you to inform you that the seller had chosen to withdraw the property from the sales market and put it up for rent. He was very correct and respectful in giving you that information just as he was to the other interested parties. It's a shame to see that from a client's perspective of a certain service, one might think that anything goes and that they can say whatever they please, without sticking to reality and without consequences. We do NOT schedule anyone to visit a property that has already been sold. That would be a sovereign stupidity. What sense would it make to do something like that? When you say that you are kept waiting, the only thing that happens is that you are told that we STILL DO NOT KNOW when we will be able to start scheduling visits. If we don’t answer the phone at the sound of a horn, as I imagine you think we should do with you, it’s because we are a small company and sometimes we have an oversaturation of demand for our offering and we try to attend to it as much as possible. Although seeing your profile and the discretion with which you rate any service that you feel does not meet your expectations by slandering and defaming indiscriminately, we are not surprised by the generic and unfounded criticisms you dedicate to us. We hope you learn to be happier and understand that behind a company there are people and that in life things don't always happen as one would like. We wish you well. Regards.
Negative experience: Don't rent the house in Plaza Calabuig in el Cabañal. It has pigeons that get into the house. I lost €1350 with these.

Negative experience: It is not an honest agency. They came to my apartment, took my photos without my permission, and published them in their agency. They published my photos without permission. And instead of removing a photo and apologizing, they attack. Never get involved with that agency. They behave like jerks.

Negative experience: Dishonest agency, they act like scammers! They took photos of my apartment on Idealista, copied them and listed them for sale. I didn't sign any agreement, contract or anything with them. I filed a complaint against them with Idealista and the association. If they don't remove it, tomorrow I'll write to the department and the police.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism and respect. We contacted Marina. We were interested in a property in Rafelbuñol and she confused us with a property in Benimaclet. She called us several times thinking we were different clients. To top it off, we had an appointment at the property at 6:15 PM and other clients showed up at the same time, leaving us waiting outside for almost half an hour. Completely awful management. Negative experience: Very strange real estate agency. We tried to call them from a Polish phone number. At first, they didn’t answer, and then they apparently blocked my wife's phone number, because every time we try to call, their phone is busy. At the same time, when we call from my phone, they simply don’t pick up. With such an approach to customers, it’s scary to deal with them.

Negative experience: They do not comply with the new housing law, pretending that, instead of the owner, it is the tenant who pays the real estate agency fees. We requested information for an apartment under their management and one of their requirements was 600 + VAT for real estate management. Neither in the description of the ad nor in the information subsequently provided by the agency was it mentioned at any point that the rental was going to be seasonal. Therefore, when we pointed out to them that requesting the real estate agency fees from the tenant is currently illegal, in an audio (which we kept) the worker (very friendly, indeed) literally told us that 'yes, normally it is usually paid by the owner but in this case the owner does not pay and that then they pass it on to the tenant, who can do nothing because his boss told him it is impossible and if we are not interested, he understands'. So nothing, I'm leaving this info here in case you were considering working with them! :)

We called them 11 times from different numbers, to various contact numbers which belong to Arrels. NONE of which were answered nor returned. Negative experience: Se llevaron más de 1000 € por una reserva que quería cancelar, así que tenga cuidado al firmar cualquier contrato con ellos.
Señor Stam. Nos apena comprobar que su opinión con afán de desprestigio no se corresponde con la realidad. Aún así, está en todo su derecho de expresarla. Nosotros debemos de recordarle que usted reservó una vivienda para alquilar a través de nuestra agencia, se le explicó claramente y firmó un contrato en el que constaba explícitamente que si usted desistía de la operación perdía la cantidad pagada en concepto de reserva, circunstancia esta que finalmente sucedió a instancia suya. Nos consta que quiso cancelar otra reserva que hizo en paralelo con otra Agencia Inmobiliaria y que, en ese caso, tampoco le reintegraban la reserva por el mismo motivo. No llegamos a comprender muy bien su operativa en este caso y el por qué de su ánimo de desprestigio hacia nosotros teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias concretas. En ningún momento se obró de mala fe con usted. De hecho, tanto nosotros como la propiedad del piso que reservó estábamos muy contentos de que se quedara esa vivienda pero finalmente fue usted quién no quiso.
Negative experience: Terminar el contrato de alquiler con Arrels fue bastante malo y estresante ya que el agente Pawel Tadeusz no parece estar bien preparado para actuar con respeto y profesionalidad con los inquilinos que siempre han tenido buenos modales.
Estimado Luiz Bernardo. Le recordamos que la actividad de Arrels Valencia consiste en la intermediación profesional en operaciones de compraventa y alquiler de bienes inmuebles. En su caso, la terminación del contrato como usted indica, refiere al contrato de arrendamiento de carácter privado que suscribió con uno de nuestros clientes. En ningún caso Arrels Valencia ostenta la cualidad de parte en el contrato para que exista ningún tipo de terminación como usted dice. Por otra parte, ya que tiene a bien mencionar a la dirección de Arrels Valencia, desde la misma hemos de recordarle que causaron severos daños a la vivienda que arrendaron y que Arrels Valencia se limitó a exponerles el detalle del coste que iba a tener restituir la vivienda al estado en el que se le entregó. Pensamos que su opinión genérica y carente de contenido valorativo únicamente tiene intención de desprestigio ya que usted no estuvo de acuerdo en tal extremo. Por último, dado que efectivamente causó un menoscabo considerable a un inmueble que se le entregó en arriendo en perfecto estado y que ello conllevaba un coste económico con el que no estaría conforme, nos apena comprobar que, habiendo pasado un tiempo ya desde la resolución del contrato, decida dejar su opinión aludiendo a una genérica falta de profesionalidad. Aún así, estaríamos encantados de poder explicarle ciertos hábitos para el correcto mantenimiento de una vivienda para que pueda aplicar en el futuro y así evitarle estos inconvenientes.
