Negative experience: He tenido experiencia durante dos alquileres y en el primero sí se notó profesionalidad y esfuerzo, además de ayudar a encontrar el piso que necesitábamos y con el precio. Pero ya en el segundo no, desde el principio no se resolvieron problemas, hubo falta de empatía. Un trato injusto y sin hablarlo y parece que sólo cuenta la parte del arrendador. Hay que defender también los puntos de vista y derechos de las personas que con los alquileres tan altos nos las deseamos para vivir y tener más amabilidad. Desencantada la verdad y decepcionada y más si es una pareja la que alquila un piso. Ha cambiado mucho en unos años.

Negative experience: Muy decepcionado por el trabajo de un agente inmobiliario, Alquilamos un piso con Inleval el año pasado, Al principio, estábamos contentos todos, el piso era bonito, buena calidad/precio, el agente muy profesional (al parecer)... A lo largo del año, muchas cosas se deterioran, muchas cosas del piso empiezan a dar problemas por ser viejas (lavavajillas, sillas, muebles...), avisamos al agente para encontrar una solución de reparación, él nos dice que lo mirará, y eso nunca ocurre. Conseguimos verlo después de muchos mensajes y llamadas (y citas a las que no se ha presentado). Todo eso lo dejamos pasar, lo realmente grave es que no nos han devuelto la totalidad de la fianza después de una correcta revisión de las instalaciones con el agente que nos prometió recuperar la totalidad. La propietaria (que nunca vimos), se ha quedado con mas de 200€ de nuestra fianza sin ninguna justificación. Intentamos contactar al agente para saber porque nos faltaba 200€, nos contesta después de una semana (y muchas llamadas no respondidas) y nos manda a contactar la propietaria por correo (sin querer darnos su n° de móvil). Pasa igual con la propietaria que no nos contesta y después de un mes nos dice de arreglarlo con el agente. Solo queríamos una justificación o una factura para entender por que no nos devuelven el dinero que nos corresponde, en lugar de eso se han echado la culpa unos a otros y nosotros no hemos visto el dinero que nos corresponde. Nos sentimos impotentes y muy decepcionados con toda la gestión de la inmobiliaria.
Estimado Sr. Thiallet, Ante todo, pedirle disculpas por la demora en nuestra respuesta. El piso que usted alquiló, como bien indica, tenía una correcta relación calidad/precio: una vivienda amplia, en pleno centro, con un equipamiento básico y un tanto anticuado, a un precio asequible. Las fotografías de los portales inmobiliarios eran completamente fieles a la realidad, y eso mismo lo pudo comprobar en la visita con el agente. Con la firma del contrato, se acepta la recepción de la vivienda en el estado en el que está. Es en ese momento de la firma del contrato de arrendamiento cuando se da por finalizada la gestión de la agencia inmobiliaria. También en ese momento se le proporcionó, como se hace siempre, tanto el teléfono como el correo electrónico de la propietaria. Cualquier contacto posterior a la firma tiene que ser directamente entre el inquilino y la propietaria. En este caso, nuestro agente se extralimitó en sus obligaciones profesionales cuando medió para que usted recuperara la fianza. Ciertamente no es habitual que, sin motivo explícito, la parte propietaria retenga la misma. Según lo que nos consta, en este caso, la propietaria, que reside en Londres, lo justificó por el hecho de haber tenido que enviar en distintas ocasiones a su encargado de València a retirar una serie de muebles y a transportar un colchón. Aunque nuestro punto de vista coincide con el suyo, escapa a nuestras posibilidades el entregar una cantidad que no tenemos y lamentamos que ni las gestiones que usted llevó a cabo, ni las de nuestro agente (bienintencionadas, voluntarias y más allá de su obligación profesional) obtuvieran el objetivo deseado. Lo más destacable (y difícil de encontrar en el sector) es la honestidad y la absoluta confianza con la que se puede trabajar con ellos. Conocemos desde hace años su oficina en el barrio del Carmen, donde se han ganado una excelente reputación, y compramos piso con ellos el año pasado y nos prestaron un servicio inmejorable.

Negative experience: De dan cita y luego no acuden. Falta de respecto y de profesionalidad. No es verdad que no se pudo realizar la visita por un problema de ultima hora.. Llamé yo y la persona que me contestó ni sabía de qué estaba hablando. Como era el lunes 7 de diciembre, el agente se tomó el lunes de vacaciones y bye bye cliente esperándole en el medio de la calle. Nadie me llamó el miércoles para pedirme disculpa y tampoco para darme otra cita.
