Buscaba una vivienda y me la enseñó Dani y cuando la vi me dijo que si quería volver a echarle otro vistazo. Luego hablé con Antonio Jesús que es un gran profesional sabe un montón del tema financiero y cómo gestionar la documentación. Amables, cercanos y muy educados. Es más a un familiar directo le está gestionando la compra de una vivienda. Volveré a confiar en ellos para cualquier vivienda. 100% recomendables

Negative experience: Super unhappy, the salesperson Sonia only dedicates herself to lying in order to try to get a house and put it up for sale, putting things in her mouth that are not true, playing with people's hopes leaves much to be desired. What is strange is that there were always obstacles for my apartment, and the worst part was when the owner of the house I wanted to buy called me saying that this lady had told her that if she didn't list the house with them, I wouldn't get the mortgage; it's truly embarrassing.

Negative experience: A real estate agency must know the property they have been given to sell and inform the buyer about the hidden defects that the seller has concealed, and not allow or be complicit in a significant scam. The young lady who showed us the property didn't even let us stop to look. The property had many heavy pieces of furniture that covered all the walls, and she kept looking at her watch while repeating, 'Another client is waiting for me at another property, and I'm already running very late.' The worst experience of my life, which has led us to anxiety crises, stress, and depression. I wouldn't recommend it for anything in the world.

Negative experience: Irresponsible real estate agency, I rented my apartment with them and they brought in some squatters, they didn't pay for any month and I had to spend more than €1000 to evict my apartment, they didn't take responsibility for anything nor did they give me any explanations. The only thing they cared about was offering me the legal assistance they work with, which wanted to charge me more money than any external one because they are again looking for people's money. I do not recommend them even to my worst enemy. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

After many obstacles to rent a duplex in Santa Fe, I was finally told that it was for me, that they would prepare the contract and let me know to sign. On the day we supposedly agreed to sign, they called me saying that it had been sold, having rejected other offers to stay with that one. Lack of commitment and professionalism. RESPOND 4 YEARS LATER, I THINK THAT SAYS IT ALL.
