Negative experience: Some annoying people (especially Léa Bizeul), have been asked not to leave advertising in the mailboxes and yet they do it anyway. EDIT: With your response, it's clear that you don't understand the problem: the fact that I explicitly express my refusal to receive this type of correspondence (the "but you don't know what I'm offering" doesn't work for me - if I say I'm not interested, it shouldn't be questioned), could be considered an invasive practice and therefore a possible violation of the General Advertising Law. If it happens again, I will inform the DGC and the OMIC to take measures.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with Lasose! They work fast, structured and transparant. They have an immediate answer to your questions, so there’s almost no waiting time. A big plus are the digital tools they use which makes it possible to do everything from your phone, and the english contracts for non spanish speakers. Fantastic experience: Having worked with this company to rent out an apartment for a couple of years after all my good experiences, with them finding tenants very quickly and ensuring checks were made, any issues resolved efficiently and professionally, I also decided to sell the apartment through them. They did not disappoint - gathering all required information together and finding quickly a buyer. Overall, their friendliness and approach made my life easier and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They often went over-and above what I expected, for instance managing to deal with an electricity company over many weeks who installed a ‘smart’ meter that was reading two times the actual use of electricity. They managed to beat the electricity company into submission and get the meter replaced. I’m certain I couldn’t have done that! I can’t recommend them highly enough whether you are a landlord or selling.
