In our case, we were 3 owners, and they took care from the very first moment to make everything as legal as possible, keeping all 3 owners in agreement, which was quite a challenge for them. A pesar de la distancia con Málaga (vivimos en Madrid y en Asturias) todos los trámites se realizaron correctamente utilizando Internet y el teléfono. Yo estaba dispuesta, lógicamente a pagar el porcentaje a la inmobiliaria, lo q no estaba dispuesta EN ABSOLUTO, es a la exigencia de abonar Por adelantado, y firmar un contrato en el q solo podría comprar casa con VDs. Es decir exclusividad para la compra. Vamos! He comentado en varias inmobiliarias de Málaga y en absoluto ese es el sistema impuesto en esa ciudad!!Quizá pensasteis q la pava q venía de nueva de fuera iba a firmar sin pensar? .
