We remain at your disposal because, for your information, our retirement should not be among your concerns; that is left to us. Best regards. --- Edited: Mr. Villegas: Since you have not decided to reveal the address of the property you rented and whose contract you terminated in July 2023, we have located it and we will explain to you the reasons why the owner did not return the full deposit: The duration of the contract you signed was one year, a period that you did not fulfill; however, as stated in clause 3 and according to article 11 of the LAU, you could terminate the contract at least six months after it started, but with a penalty equivalent to one month of the current rent, prorated according to the months left to fulfill. You also did not comply with clause 11 in its first section. Such non-compliance caused damages to the furniture that the owner had to replace. They also had to replace, clean, and repair several items listed in the inventory that were damaged. For all these reasons, on September 18, 2023, that is, just over a month after you returned the keys, they were waiting to regularize the pending utilities, and they made a transfer to your bank account with the remaining amount to complete the deposit. Buenas tardes, Como sabrá, el inventario se incluye de manera detallada en el anexo al contrato firmado por usted. Sentimos muchísimo que el propietario haya considerado que las alteraciones en el mobiliario asciendan al importe de la fianza. Lamentablemente, nosotros no disponemos de la fianza y tampoco podemos influir en las valoraciones de la propiedad en cuanto al incumplimiento del contrato. No obstante, la visita estaba concertada en la calle Don Sancho n°4, donde ha estado una persona esperándole desde las 19:05 hasta las 19:30 que ha llegado otra visita, tal y como se le ha indicado por teléfono.
