Negative experience: I put 1 star because there is no option to not give any. Terrible experience we had with them. As buyers, we had no idea that we were paying their commission until the day before the signing; we had not spoken or agreed on anything at any moment. Bad, very bad experience. Nothing to do with the real estate agency that my mother sold her apartment with, VENYSOLIN, they are true professionals.

Negative experience: Totally a fraud, they advertise apartments they don't have. They take advertisements from private owners on the internet and advertise them as their own. Scammers!!

Negative experience: Authentic scammers. They give false information when advertising apartments and hang up on you when you criticize their attitude. Obviously, do not buy anything they advertise. Who knows what they are trying to sell you. What a shame.

Negative experience: We bought an apartment with them a year ago, we had problems since the apartment needed renovation and they said it was in good condition. The apartment had no liens according to them and when we had signed the mortgage and the earnest money contract, it turned out that the apartment had liens. It was one problem after another with them, I do not recommend making a purchase with them at all.

Negative experience: Three lost months. Before hiring them, we had our apartment on sale by ourselves for three months and during that time we received seven visits. Encouraged because it was supposed that they have more ease in obtaining financing for the purchase, we hired them for three months exclusively. We only received one visit, and we were not informed about it unless we called them the next day to see how it went. An absolute neglect, no contact, neither to inform us if there was interest in the apartment nor to recommend us to lower the price. Nothing. Zero. When we informed them that we did not wish to renew the contract, their response was: 'Perfect!!!' The day after ending with them, we put it back on sale by ourselves, with a small price reduction, and in three days we had four visits and one bought it. Being with them was a waste of time. My theory is that by taking you on exclusively, what they do is eliminate market competition, since if the apartment sells anyway they will get their €3,000, just like that, without any effort. And they dedicate their energy to selling apartments that give them more commission. It's that simple. Don't waste time with them. It's not worth it... they are not professional at all. Update 04/16/24: on top of that, they buy bots to post 5-star reviews.

Negative experience: WARNING!!! They are crooks, they tell the buyer that they do not charge a commission and the seller the same, but they scam the buyer and charge them.

No creais mucho en los anuncios que publican ya que no todo es cierto, cuentan medias verdades y como es de esperar velan más por sus propios intereses que por el de los demás. Además de todo eso venden pisos diciendo que está todo al día y no es así con tal de captar clientes...
