Fantastic experience: Very good, foreigner friendly agency. I found a nice apartment at a reasonable rate with them and I was able to arrange a viewing and move in pretty quickly. Only complaint is the high agency fee but I think that's just normal for Spain. Strongly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was moving to Barcelona from Amsterdam for work and had to find a house quickly. The people at Home in BCN helped me find an awesome house right in the centre of El Borne, one of the nicests spots in the city, within 10 days! Very responsive, quick to answer and nice people who do not shy away from helping out with tips on the city after the deal is done. Negative experience: Tengo que decir que llamé a varios teléfonos, antes, durante y después y ni una sola vez me contestaron. Conseguí mediante e-mail visitar el piso que me interesaba y me atendió Ronnie, la verdad que nunca he visto un agente inmobiliario con menos ganas de vender, contestaciones un poco agresivas y poco atento con el cliente (rozando la mala educación). Para resolver una propuesta que les hice, pregunté cada día durante una semana, muchas veces sin contestar los e-mails y whatsapps (teléfono imposible que te contesten) finalmente perdí otro piso que me gustaba, me dijo con su "amabilidad habitual" que el piso ya estaba alquilado. No recomiendo para nada.

Fantastic experience: It was very nice working with HomeinBcn. Everything went very smooth and they were very flexible. They were able to show me the flat on a public holiday as it was the only day possible for me. They were also flexible in the renting terms and minimum time of rent. They did not make an inventory of the items in the flat as they wanted to show their trust. I have to admit at first i had my doubts as it is a smaller agency but it went all very smooth. The rest of the contact was directly with my landlord abd he was very lovely. I would use Homeinbcn again if i needed a new place!
