Negative experience: In my case, I have been living in a flat owned by Juan Carles for 6 years; I have never had any furniture replaced (as there were quite a few pieces that were deteriorated) not all obviously. The stove broke down, they refused to change it, I paid for it myself, and changed all the furniture. I never asked for anything since I moved in, and during the COVID period, we didn't pay for 4 months, which they had money from the deposit (that we paid), and even so, during that time, the water heater broke down, and there is an internal water leak that requires construction work. They told me they wouldn’t replace it or fix it, so I had to change the water heater for an amount of €390, but the internal problem persists and has deteriorated again due to the pipes and etc. They don’t provide a solution, and it affects the whole kitchen because there are plugs in between, and it affects the neighbors; if I don’t put a bucket underneath, it drips on them... I committed to paying the overdue months, but since I moved into that flat, they have not taken care of any maintenance.

JOCAR, el seu director, en Joan Carles, va ser una connexió des del primer moment, fins al punt de fer-nos amics d'aquells d'entrar a casa. Parlant amb els venedors, va aconseguir que ens deixessis la casa amoblada pel mateix preu i ens va facilita tots els tràmits tan emprenyadors que comporten les vendes d'una casa, a més a més de posar-nos en contacte amb un constructor de total confiança perquè hi volíem fer algunes reformes. En tot moment va ser amatent i a disposició. No puc entendre el malentés que es deuria produir en el cas del primer comentari. La nostra experiència va ser justament la contrària, em refereixo a la qüestó de si són pesseteros; en absolut, fins i tot vaig comentar-li que no em semblava habitual la seva comissió, que la trobava baixa. Ens interessava trobar una casa a Agullana, comprar-la, i vam contactar amb l'Ajuntament, JOCAR ens els van recomanar ells i, certament, la van endevinar. Ara sóc jo qui US EL RECOMANO; he posat totes les estrelles i més si n'hi hagués hagut. Ha estat una experiència ABSOLUTAMENT SATISFACTÒRIA EN TOT ELS SENTITS.
