Fantastic experience: They are just great! The first real estate agency in Barcelona who responds during a day, not weeks. We used their services to rent an apartment in Barcelona. Everyone knows that real estate agecncies’ services in Barcelona are terrible, but not in this case! They provide a-z services: negotiations with a landlord, next day visit, apply process, contract preparation and assistance during signing, post-selling services (they don’t disappear after payment for their work). And the main thing is that they did it VERY fast and as easy as f***! Maria is very friendly, kind and experienced as an agent. They are worth the money to the last cent!

Negative experience: Maria is the agent and used to be a lawyer and knew exactly what she did was completely wrong. Leila is the owner and blocked me. Then she refused to offer any return of the commission. Stalling tactics were used in the hopes I would go away. This agency was abhorrent and if you use them then expect to be completed screwed over. I moved in an apartment and 3 days later they tore up the sidewalk and street for sewer line replacement. The street sign said it would take a month and 3 weeks later there were still tearing up the street. The dust and noise and smell was unbearable as attested to by the agent who would not even enter the street as it was too unbearable. I was extremely sick and so was my brother. The owner refused to refund a month of the prepaid money and the agency refused to refund the commission. Instead they simply said that they still do business with the owner and felt bad about it. Then I was blocked. Terrible. Disgusting service. If you use them these are the type of people you are dealing with. Who can keep the commission for a rental that causes the people to move out..by the way the whole street pretty much moved out...knowing the property could not be used and may them very ill? In spain it is very expensive to go to court and they know they so clearly they take advantage of foreigners and show them no good faith. Deplorable. Maria and Leila you should both be ashamed of yourself. The owner refused to return a month of the unused amount of rent paid. I'm out over 1500 euro and blocked. Terrible.

Es la comisión de venta que pagaré más a gusto en mi vida ya que sin Leila (Smartmove), creo que no hubiese sido posible. Ha sido una venta complicada porque los compradores eran de NY y Leila ha sido de una gran ayuda con todos los trámites y el papeleo. Ha habido momentos complicados y se han desatascado gracias al trato y las habilidades de negociación de Leila que en ningún momento pierda los nervios, ni la educación, siempre exquisita, tranquila, te explica todo con calma y no te sientes presionado ni agobiado en ningún momento, lo que hace que tomes mejores decisiones. No tengo palabras para agradecerle su ayuda. He quedado muy satisfecha con la venta y tenemos otro piso para vender y por supuesto, lo vamos a hacer con Smartmove. La verdad, es que es extraño, pero al acabar con todo sientes que has ganado una amiga, cosas que antes de este proceso nunca hubiese pensado de un gestor inmobiliario, ya que anteriormente había recibido un trato horrible por otras inmobiliarias y no les tení mucho aprecio.
