Debes elegir el destino, seleccionar las fechas de estancia, el tipo de habitación e introducir tus datos personales y hacer el pago de la fianza a través de la web. Recibirás automáticamente la confirmación de reserva en tu correo electrónico.
Si modificas las fechas de contrato de tu reserva y dicha modificación implica algún impago de las mensualidades del contrato inicial, la fianza no será devuelta.
Nuestro equipo atenderá tu petición y te responderá lo antes posible con las opciones disponibles. Recuerda que para cualquier cambio de habitación es necesario el pago de 60.5 euros (IVA incluido) para la limpieza y desinfección de la habitación.

Si te encuentras alojado en alguna de las habitaciones contacta a través del área de clientes.El horario de atención es de lunes a viernes de 9:00h a 20:00h y fines de semana de 10:00h a 18:00h.
– Si tu entrada se produce entre los días 16 y el último de cada mes. La fecha de inicio de contrato que aparecerá en tu reserva será el día 16 del mes y pagarás medio mes.
– Si el día que termina tu estancia está comprendido entre el 1 y el 15 del mes la fecha de fin de contrato será siempre el día 15 del mes y pagarás media mensualidad correspondiente al mes de salida.
– Si tu entrada se produce entre los días 1 y 15 del mes deberás pagar el mes completo. La fecha de inicio de contrato que aparecerá en tu reserva será siempre el día 1 de cada mes.
– Si tu salida se produce entre los días 16 y el último día del mes, deberás pagar el mes completo. La fecha de fin de contrato que aparecerá en tu reserva será siempre el último día del mes

Fantastic experience: My experience with this agency was great and I would recommend it to everyone! The place where I stayed is awesome as well. Barcelona is a beautiful city and the residence is located in a strategic position where you'll be close both to the centre (La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya) and to the metro stations (Liceu, Jaume I). Also, the building has a nice gym, a ping-pong table and a wonderful rooftop where you can chill or sunbathe. The staff is very young and the guys are so nice and always available to satisfy any request. I've had the chance to meet them and I can really say I enjoyed my stay at 100%. I'm looking forward to come back if I'll ever get the chance!

Some hiccups here and there but overall, the team was responsive when we needed help (sent people over when wi-fi and electricity stopped, etc.). They also have a tenant portal which makes it easy for renters to manage their accounts like payments, complaints, and requests.

From the beginning the booking process was very quick and smooth. The manager was in touch with me and very helpful. I chose Smart Living because the location of my apartment was perfect. It is 20 minute walking distance to my university. The area is best in Barcelona. It's away from city centre, which makes it clean, not crowded and most importantly - safe. I would also like to mention that i have met great people. I was lucky with my flatmates :) I'm going to book again with Smart Living after my summer break! Thank you!
