Negative experience: Their advertisements seem more like a scam than a legitimate posting. They ask for documentation before visiting the apartment. And then they ask for 6 months of deposit. Completely illegal and something no tenant would agree to. Too strange. It could possibly be a scam or identity theft. This real estate agency already has complaints.

Negative experience: Others are also charging the tenant the fees.... And this is said by a landlord (4 apartments) if they don't take care of the tenants who are the most important asset a landlord has. I do not recommend putting your properties with them....

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL, THEY USE DOCUMENTATION TO IMPERSONATE PEOPLE TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, THEY REQUEST SENSITIVE DOCUMENTATION OF ALL KINDS VIA EMAIL, THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, UNDER THE EXCUSE THAT YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A RENTAL IN Barcelona AND THEY NEED TO STUDY THE VIABILITY OF YOUR REQUEST, BUT IT'S A LIE... IT'S A SCAM, THEY WILL NEVER SHOW YOU ANY APARTMENT, THEY JUST KEEP ASKING FOR PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION, EVEN ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE DOCUMENTS FROM WHICH THEY WILL ALSO REQUEST DOCUMENTATION, AND ALL OF THIS LONG BEFORE EVEN SHOWING YOU THE APARTMENT. NOT TO MENTION THAT AFTER SENDING THEM EVERYTHING, THEY STILL DON'T SHOW YOU. IT'S ALL SUPER FRAUDULENT. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I PERSONALLY AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE MOSSOS DE ESCUADRA.

Fantastic experience: I saw an apartment with the advisor Juan and his attention was impeccable! He was also always prepared with a measuring tool to resolve any doubts about the measurements of my bed for the master bedroom. He provided insights that I wasn't clear about, maybe due to my lack of coffee after lunch haha, but he is quite skilled at envisioning what I need. I hope to finalize the contract to rent this spectacular apartment we have seen in the next few hours.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment, liars, and total disrespect towards the tenant. They ignore you, and you have to call 15 times in one afternoon for them to start thinking about moving something that should have been fixed months ago. Incompetent, indifferent people, and 0 professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I liked the treatment I received, especially from Mr. Juan Manuel. I am satisfied with his attention and I was able to get what I expected.

Negative experience: I just read the reviews, I called to request an appointment and they asked me for documentation and private information. I called to tell them that I have everything in order because I am self-employed. I didn't want to send anything without seeing the apartment first. Luckily, I thought to look it up on Google. I thought I was exaggerating, but now I see that people agree that it is not normal to be asked for private information just to request a visit.

Negative experience: It's a shame that due to the lack of professionalism of these estates, we become more and more distrustful every day. I think that if they were fined, they would have to be more ethical and therefore professional, what a shame.

Negative experience: Terrible service, I have called more than 4 times in 3 weeks and the maintenance team is never available, they always assure me that they will call me back and I am still waiting. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Dejo mi experiencia personal con estas fincas. Hace 4 años alquilamos un piso con ellos, la verdad que no todo ha sido perfecto. Cuando lo cogimos el piso estaba sucio y con desperfectos. Lo cierto es que nos dieron 2 meses de carencia para que lo podamos pintar y arreglar todo a nuestro gusto. En un tiempo nos falló el calentador de agua, lo comunicamos y lo solucionaron sin ningún inconveniente. Por lo demás no hubo problemas, el piso era muy tranquilo. Hemos terminado el contrato en mitades de diciembre y ahora a finales de enero ya hemos recibido la fianza, ha durado más de un mes como dicen que se devuelve en 30 días, pero entendemos que han habido fiestas de por medio, por eso la tardanza. En general la relación ha sido buena, recomiendo la empresa.

Nos sorprendían los precios de los pisos que nos enseñaban, ya que son más bajos que en otras inmobiliarias. Lamentablemente no nos encajaron ninguno por tamaño, necesitabamos 3 habitaciones grandes y siempre habia alguna que fallaba. De todos modos quiero dejar aquí que el trato recibido ha sido muy bueno, el comercial muy amable y correcto, decía las cosas tal cual como son sin esconder nada. Si otra vez necesitamos un piso acudiremos a esta empresa seguro.

Hable de inmediato con el que me llevaba los trámites y presente la carta de despido y fuero comprensivos y nos ha devuelto los 500€ de la fianzas nosotras estamos muy agradecidas ya que pensábamos que íbamos estar sin trabajo sin los 500€ y sin piso.
