Negative experience: I can't give zero, what a shame. I had an appointment and no one showed up... it turned out that the apartment was already rented without any notice. I can understand a mistake, but the attention I received was terrible. Instead of apologizing, the person who communicated with me via message insisted that they had received the notification message... with no empathy or professionalism regarding a client who just lost time.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. After being 3 years renting flats from them owned by one of its clients Winsom they were not honest or transparent and when we left they charged us +200€ for a lamp that was already broken when we arrived! I even left evidence of this when we arrived (WhatsApp messages that were disregarded) but no one cared and used our money for that without any right even when we did nothing. So if you arrive to one of their apartments and something is broken you should ask for a certification from a notary, opposite case they will charge you for it anyway! Of course once the lease agreement expired they stopped being nice to us and ignoring our explanations.

Fantastic experience: I lived in Barcelona for 6 moths in a flat rented out by this agency. Juan has always been very nice and available. He clarified all our doubts and even made us multiple favours: we were both working and could't be home sometimes, so we asked Juan to be there when the wifi was being installed or when the sink needed to be repaired, he accepted right away. Also, when we left Spain we had to leave some stuff In Barcelona and ask someone to pick it up later on: the agency kept our stuff safe in their office for over one month, until our friend was able to go to Barcelona and pick up the box. If you are looking for a company that you can trust, I would go for this one!

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0. Óscar es un impresentable que va al sol que más le calienta con cero empatía con las personas que le contratan ya que solo le importa su comisión. Miente y oculta información además presiona para firmar cuando hay conflicto entre propietarios a su beneficio y encima cuando consigue su objetivo tiene la poca verguenza de enviar un correo a toda la familia que ha sido "su peor venta y gracias a dios" porque no ha tenido narices de decirlo a la cara. Mal educado, sinvergüenza y poco profesional. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA AGENCIA.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Sin duda. Mi Pareja y yo hemos vivido una temporada en uno de los pisos del Born. Oscar nos gestionó la entrada y la salida. Además de los arreglos pertinentes de algunes cosas que se han arreglada siempre de forma immediata. La salida fue ordinaria, no hubo ningun pago extra, nos devolvieron las dos fianzas. Trato inmejorable!! Gracias!
