With great expertise, Anthony found an architect who processed the certificate in a month, and with expert hands, he informed me about all the specifics of the property. He represented both the seller and the buyer with equal professionalism. The best experience I have had in this regard!

Fantastic experience: IF YOU'RE AN ENGLISH SPEAKER OR WANT AMAZING SERVICE, USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was so relieved after calling 20 different places, to have Anthony pick up the phone. He was the ultimate guide while I was searching for an apartment in Barcelona. First of all, he is an English speaker and could explain all the small but important details to me, that I couldn't quite pick up on with my Spanish abilities. That matters when you're signing contracts and exchanging large amounts of money. But more importantly, he went out of his way to find something that was unique to my situation. He even had to convince the landlord because it wasn't a typical contract, a little less than a year stay. Barcelona has some tricky laws about rentals. He was quick to get everything together and make it happen. And, he even checked on us during the term of the contract and made sure the apartment was suitable throughout the stay. I will 100% be using him again if go back to Barcelona and I suggest you do too.
