Negative experience: Although the owners Pasqual and Deli are nice people, I cannot recommend the agency based on my experience renting their apartment on C/ Oli 6, 1º 2ª (exterior with terrace to the street). Some of the things I experienced were: • The pump/chopper installed with the toilet broke due to faulty installation (it's connected to the kitchen, which is not correct according to the technician). As a result, I couldn't use the bathroom for two weeks. The repair cost €900, which I had to pay myself and was never reimbursed. • The air conditioning drips a lot! They never fixed it despite multiple attempts and having shown the problem repeatedly. • The doorbell also rings when the neighbor calls, which is extremely annoying as it is very loud. It was never fixed. • The water in the shower does not drain. It was never fixed. • The water in the kitchen frequently clogs and was never permanently resolved. • The installed fridge shows 9 degrees on its coldest setting, causing food to spoil quickly. It should be replaced with a new one that works properly. • When I moved in, everything was super dirty. I even found cigarette ashes next to the bed. Apparently, they did not consider this needed to be cleaned before the new tenant, who has paid a lot of money, moved in. Every time I reported these issues to the agency, they explained to me why the problems existed, but they never made arrangements to fix them. Positive aspects: They do not scam you or play dirty. They refunded my full deposit after I moved out. They just do not help with proper repairs. They are charismatic people. Best regards.

Negative experience: PESIMO SERVICIO, no recomiendo; un contrato sin valor y pagos por fuera, sin recibo. Daría CERO ESTRELLAS si pudiera. Mi pareja y yo tuvimos una experiencia realmente fea tanto con la inmobiliaria como con los dueños del piso (amigos entre ellos) , el cual estuvimos alquilando por 1 año y 3 meses; estuvo todo bien por ese tiempo hasta que por el fallecimiento de un familiar directo nos tuvimos que volver a nuestro país de origen de un día para el otro, dejando todas nuestras pertenencias en el piso ya que pensábamos volver; cuando vimos que no había nada de empatía por la situación, (no dejaban ni que fuera una amiga a regar las plantas, etc), decidimos rescindir el contrato, y ahí empezó la pesadilla; primero los dueños entraron al piso sin nuestro consentimiento estando todas nuestras cosas allí, segundo NOS CAMBIAN LA CERRADURA quedando todas nuestras cosas dentro y no dejando que nuestros amigos vayan a levantarlas cuando el piso nos pertenecía aun a nosotros ya que habíamos pagado el mes de alquiler extra por aviso de rescisión de contrato, tampoco dejaron que mandáramos a alguien a limpiar el piso para entregarlo en condiciones y nos cobraron 300 euros de limpieza. y así muchas mas cosas, estando del otro lado del mundo y pasando un momento horrible. Conclusíon NO RECOMIENDO.

Fantastic experience: Debo decir a ciencia cierta, que la ética profesional es el eje de esta pequeña-gran inmobiliaria. Tanto Pasqual como Deli gestionan la operación matizando cada detalle desde inicio hasta fin. Su sabiduría en el sector es increíble. Si compráis, estaréis en buenas manos.
